Awesome video. I love how we are now categorizing arm and hand positions.

I would also like to see more specific ways you should hold your arms.

Honestly, I think you look a bit funny trying to demonstrate the wrong ways of holding your arms, you are so good that your poor form is very controlled.

It would be great if some of us newer players that are still trying to correct these things could donate some footage.

Rarely my left wrist will crank in when doing some cross body clipper move, and when doing dragons my hands kind of crank out.

I enjoyed that video a lot, it reminded me that I still haven't eliminated the curling of my right hand while doing right foot clippers. I like the way Matthias Lino Schmidt uses his arms/hands - he does something like "stop", but he doesn't bring his palm up, his wrists are pretty relaxed. Thanks for your time Jorden.

yo i loved that video! you're my hero Jorden

it made me think about how a lot of people move their hands in circles when doing DATW. I notice it every time.

At TOJam I was talking with Paul Toews about the hands and decided from now on I'm doing the Rock n' Roll devil horns:
