well this young buck just played today. goood session.got 3 new footbags. played with my new Aaron shepard bag. super soft and nice to play with, hit some cool new moves with it.

HIGHLIGHTS:

pixie far swirl,foot. first time today. it felt really cool cuz i havent really been happy with a good trick that i hit in long time.

pdx drifter for the first time, then i hit it BSOS mid string.

assassin BSOS.

footed to tomahawk a bunch. pdx whirl look and feels alot better. working on long guiltless runs and seem to be going along soomthly. other stufff but i cant remember, i played for about 2 hours.

ohh yes i also have a new record for my ducking clipper, my record is about 15-20 im pretty sure. i wasnt expecting to do that in the run but thats what ended up happening.

regardless, phat stuff! Glad you're busting large. Just make sure you're busting long strings and not just focusing on big tricks. While tomahawk is a sick trick, your whirls and pdx whirls still need lot of fine tuning. Don't forget to work those basics, because big moves don't mean shit if you cant string 'em.

played again today. i think im gonna start playing 4 times a week again and another 2 days to work out all my bone, cuz im one skinny bastard.>_>

YEAHHHHH BOYYYYYYYY!

shreddedd wif Andrew yesterday, played for a solid 4 hours. played really goood most of all my runs were mostly all shuffle and alot of tripess runs but mostly tripess with a little bit of guiltlesss with some duckings and zulus.

NEW twixz / highlights

spinning somthing i forget, then i did guyro butter mid string same run. pretty good cuz i never spin. but they are coming to me.

stepping drifter, footed flip.

so close to whirling swirl on flip, just a little faster. i think im gonna hit it tm if i play but im probably not. its gonna rain.

might go to the ymca and play.

i copyed Andrew a couple time, if he cant hit a move i will hit it for him just so he knows im trying to be better than him one day.

got my new girlfriend/ my red lavers. to bad i dont have a girlfriend anymore i could of told her its over for these new red lavers

. swy but this young buck would rather play footbag then have a tag along/grouppy girlfriend having to go see me play footbag all the time. all tho it would be the bes if your girl friend could play footbag just as well as you, then i would actuallly wanna have her come just so i have some one to play with all the time.

i hope to shred tm if it gets nice, but i have to go out with my daddy so i can buy Zero gauges for my ears.

faa faaa fooootbagg!

watched the new idiana Jones movie with my mommy. it was really goood im to lazy to say anything else about it.

shreded wif Andrew and Erik. pretty sweet session.i think my shredding was onyl okay but it was a super fun. i think one of the best groupp sessions we have had in awhile.
we were doing some cool "circle drills" on one we were doing flyer clipper and i think when the bag was coming down the bag got 3 holes in it.

. Aaron said he would send me another tho. so i hope it comes really soon cuz i was really disapionted cuzi have only had that bag for 3 or 4 weeks . there were other cool circle drill and all that good stuff in Eriks blog. after shred i had a big bowl of pasta and garlic bread mmmmmmmmmmhhhhhhh

Erik wass sick today!, i havent played with him in like forever but he ended up making some money of it. which was sweet i was play super duper good from not playing any footbag fot a month. i dont even have to talk about Andrew he is Always playing good.

-Cower almost BSOS only cuzi didnt try it that much maybe once or twice then i forgot. -_-"
on run all shuffle around 10 to 15 shuffle moves. all different kinda so sets.

some stuff that happen.

i have this habit of copying all the tricks that Andrew and Erik start off with and cant hit so then Erik couldnt hit pixie torque so i was like okay Erik since you didnt hit that, i will hit it for you

. but i did like 5 trys of it and couldnt hit it. so now if any footbagger takes more than 5 try to copy that move the other person was doing you call it an 'Mpepo' lmao. theres other last names for other stuff but i would rather not say the last name cuz i dont want anyone getting pissy.

i was playing around with the good old Matt Cross brim stall with my hat and i went down for one then a chunk of snot came out of my nose. it was soo wierd it felt like blood but it wasnt. it was so random like my nose felt fine then it just came out.

Erik found someone i play likke today, he said i play like Lon Smith i agree but i dont really wanna play like anyone i just play to be me not look like anyone else. some other footbag player say i play like Johnny Suderman, Evan Gatesmen, Norrek. but i play like the one and only Manna Mpepo (opps my gradpa has the same name). i dont wanna change my style just to look like someone else i think its better to learn your style not try imitate someone else style and form. you only have one footbag life so you might as well put your own style to it and just do you.

i hope there is footbag in the after life tho.

props on the zooming ducking osis. there's something else you can windsor me on, as i can't duck my zooms. It's a 5 though: spin, duck, osis = adds.

SOOO MAD/SAD!

i went to go play with Andrew today and i pretty much just played with him for like 30 mins or less. i was just doing some mirages and Andrew notice i have a bad forum so i was just re-working them to perfect it more. then Andrew passes the bag back to me and i do a couple more and the last one i did messed up my back. SO NOW MY BACK IS BUSTED.

.it hurt to move left or right, its driving me nuts not being able to play. i have never been badly injured but this has to be the worst, beside breaking my leg. i hope this pain can go away in a week, i dont wanna be injured forever. i will just stitch a bag tonight or somthing just so im conected to footbag in some way. Andrew gave me some really good tips on getting my back, back in to shape. so hopefully those will work and i can start playing again.

i guesss Erik is right, i really em an old fogie

im really hopeing to get back asap. i was really pissed it had to happen like right at the begining of the shred.The footbag gods could of atleast given me an hour or 2 or 3 to shred hard then mess up my back. >_>

for sleeping i dont know how its gonna work. i dont know how my back is gonna feel when i wake up or even when im sleeping.

should i sleep in a certain way? any advice Andrew or anybody? please and thank you.

i feel bad you had to bike there then not really get what you were expecting which was a long fun session.

sleep: how every you are comfortable. you need to sleep to heal up, so finad any position that lets you do it. flat on your back is usually best for most.
don't apologize. i had a good session on my own and drilled tons of stuff that had been bothering me lately. So i still had a good time, and the bike ride was a short half trip from work.
Sleep lots, ice it and take it easy and maybe we'll be able to kick by wednesday (but don't push it or you'll end up like erik!)
