Hey guys, I just got my first ever job review. Over-all it went really well and they think I'm doing great. But they want me to take more leadership in my department and start the track towards becoming a Consultant. I work in the computer department of Staples.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to write an action plan about how I plan to improve? Any idea's on how to take leadership in a retail environment?
