Hye, thanks for the write up there Patrick.

Yea, well, I didnt get that job so if you want to play saturday or sunday as well, that would be cool,

Your coming out to liverpool right?

looks like it's going to be alright weather 63 degrees, partly cloudy with a 20% chance of rain. But saturday and sunday are amazing. woo!

Pat, I think I'm turing in to you.

Your form has always been so relaxed and easy looking and now all of the sudden I play like that too, well, I guess I learn from the best. :)

EDIT:

today was decent footbag promotion. We should play at different festivals and such this summer as well. The skatepark is definitely a hot spot for potential players. . . and I doubt we'd have to resort to a cage for most of them.

you've inspired stepping drifters for me. I need to skool them.

oh and that possible calf injury? nah nothing came of it. After the session it cramped up a little but it was fine after I stretched. Deep whirls. They can get a man killed.

I know a lot of them cannot technically rpt, so, sorry I put rpt where it shouldnt be. But anyway, this is a pretty solid list so far I would say, yeah there are a lot of similar ones but I really do need to work on it and it will give me something to do for a while. Any suggestions will be taken, thanks.

Should I get rid of the ones I don't think are that important? or should I keep them anyway. Maybe i'll start off with the blues and then do the blacks later.

List Updated.

I barely got a session in last night before dark. I was practically screaming at my girlfriend, "FIND MY FOOTBAG! YOU PROMISED I WOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT TONIGHT!!!!"

Anyway, I got out there and had about 10 minutes of daylight left and then I went inside the garage.

The first thing I was happy about was my flip drifter. It really isnt much worse than my strong side but it does need work as does anything in footbag. Drifter>drifter felt good to do. I also hit toe whirl for the first time, i don't know why that was so deayed but it was. Im really still not comfortable with it but we'll see, that's what drills are for anyway. I have decided I want to do more stepping clippers, I noticed last night they look pretty stylee and they feel good too, they add a nice hop to my game. The thing I was most proud of was Legbeater>pdx Mirage x6. "YESSSSSS!!!!", is the best way to describe the feeling that gave me. For once I really felt the rythm under my feet and I was able to explode on the atomic sets. Now that I have strong midrun atomic I am more ocnfident about my game, I just need to drill flip now. DRILL DRILL DRILL!!!

I don't think you need even close to that many. I think it's more important to be drilling components rather than doing every drill you can think of. Like, I don't think you need to be splitting your pixie time between 3 or 4 different drills made up of different downtime moves, just have one solid pixie drill where you can really concentrate on making the set the best as possible and do it over and over.

Thanks for the comment matt, i noticed that during today's session.

Yet another successful session.

I really don't like having bad sessions, i think thats one of the reasons i push myself to shred so hard.

well i started out back on the drills again and really didnt hit much but then I started of the fun by hitting Drifter BSOS again and hitting a few solid whirls.

then later in the session toward the end i was like. shit, there arent any DLO drillls on here at all. but i was like well, i cant do dlo bsos anyway and then i was like wait...can i>??? and then i hit it flipside then BSOS!!! then right after that i hit reverse eggbeater and then on the otheside i learned how to clean my merlin (just like reverse eggbeater but bailed to opp. toe) !!!! it was like SHABAMM!M!!M!M!MM! and then Pdx mirage>Legbeater x8 OHH!H!H!H!
