Then you just have to practise 2x more. :P I mean really, that's the only way.

when i first started learning outside stalls i found that it was easier to just keep my foot as flat as i could and rather than moving my foot and trying to stall it i would just leave my foot there and bend my support leg to catch it on my outside. As i got better at it i eventually was able to keep my foot flat enough and was able to nail them everytime. Work on your flipside and just practice as much as possible. I hope this helped you out if you could understand what i was saying.

If you know how to do an inside, just do the reverse of that. IE: flex your hips in and turn your shoulders (the side that you want to stall on) in with the footbag, too.

Hello everybody, im trying to get all my basics down and now i need help with my outside stalls. Theres no specific problems except i cant do it (only with my mr.) so if you could just say what tips you have for the outside stall.

first,

do toe stall > same foot outside kick, straight up in the air > hand catch.

once you can do that easily and comfortably, do an even smaller toe set to the exact same spot that worked for the kick, and stall like you were catching an egg with a wooden spoon.
