The one thing I am missing is the AV output cables. I have no idea where they went, but you can pick up a set for like 8 bucks.
Anyone that has seen my camera, or me WITH my camera knows that this thing has been treated well. I got a comment in Orlando last year that they couldn't believe I've had it since April 2005, it looked so untouched.
So yeah, there's barely a scratch to speak of on this thing. (I just took a second to see if there were any scratches. With the exception of the information label on the bottom, there aren't.)
Now, if I remember correctly, the purchased price of everything together up there is about $550-$600 CAD.
Given how well I've taken care of this camera, I think $225 CAD is a fair asking price. ...and if I like you, I might be willing to negotiate.
