Directions to the park in Kensington Market: Go to College Station. Take the westbound streetcar or ride your board west to Augusta Ave. (a few blocks west of Spadina). Turn left (south) at Augusta and just keep on it til you hit the park on the right. It has a big wade pool in the middle, but I'm pretty sure it's always empty. That's where we play, on the edge. It's not the flattest surface but it's good fun. Didn't you play there with us after Board Meeting?

First true solo sesh in a long long time - about 45 mins.
Worked on consistency and a couple flipside sets.
Drilled tiltless, which was pretty easy. At least my foundations are pretty well intact.
I made myself hit flip Magellan and Tap 5 times in a row.
Flip Stepping ss Clipper x3
Atomsmasher b2b (third try? meh)
4 drifters
4 ripwalks
Whirl > Infinity rpt for 10 contacts.
Pdx Whirl within a couple tries both sides
Drifter > Spinning Clip rpt.
Pendulum > Sole Stall > ss Rake.
Oh, and then I hit Vertigo out of nowhere. New 5!
So I feel okay! Happy with today.
I also won a Texas Mickey on the weekend. I may just go have a victory drink.

Don't Mess with the Zohan! It comes out Friday!
So, I just spoke with Mr.Suderman, and it seems as if it might be a good idea since there were plans to play in Hamilton anyway, to go see the movie.
I called Jorden, but no response. I'm sure that he would enjoy watching a footbag related movie with footbaggers however.
Excitement`??!?!

Dang. I was thinking the same thing- that we should totally go see it together! But I'll be out of town 'til Saturday, and then I think I'm gonna try to go this 2 day drum circle thing happening in Queen's Park. I can't play and I could only really go Saturday evening, but it seems like a good place for you guys to shred.
Saturday & Sunday. Just throwing that out there. Someone should try to play there on Sunday.
Have fun in Hamilton!

Uh, I believe Jorden has circus training on Saturdays. Did he confirm for this weekend? Maybe we should shoot for Sunday.
If I can make that drum circle thing I'll let you know Camille.
Alex, you feeling better? Thurday afternoon? Cassy?

Just throwing this out there too, but there is a grand opening of Brantford's new civic square on Sunday. There will be bands and vendors and some night street dance thingy. There is an area to play when it gets dark with awesome lighting. It's a 2 minute walk from the greyhound station and not far from via either. The Grand Finale is choreographed by Debra Brown (she does choreography for Cirque!)
We could all watch the movie whenever.
Anyone interested?

I'd love to go but I have Leonard Cohen tickets for Sunday night. Sounds like a blast though. Night shred is sweet.
I got my Eskimo Joe bag in the mail today. I've never seen so choice a footbag without any break-in.
I also snagged a pair of Quantum 02's from Andrew. They are a tiny bit tight but I think I'll be able to play in them.
But I am seriously stoked about the bag. It's the left one.

Thanks Andrew!

Johhny, I'll be in Hamilton anyway to visit family. Not sure I want to visit Hamilton and Brantford in one weekend. Too much bus-ing. We should totally mission it to your town this summer though.

I feel like garbage. It hurts to swallow, I have issues controlling my temperature, I have a constant headache and am always tired.
Shit.
Right now, count me out for everything. Thursday, weekend plans - everything. If I can make it out to something, I'll make the attempt - but since I think I got sick from my girlfriend, and she has been sick for over a week, there is a good chance I won't recover any quicker.
I'll try and solo session to show this virus or whatever who is boss, but I don't think I could play much at any other time....
Sorry guys...
EDIT:
So I tried to play today, but my head killed so much. So I popped a few Tylenol and shredded my ass off. It worked, but I'm not too proud of my usage of performance enhancing drugs. But, at one point, the blood pumping to my head matched the beat of the music...that was cool.
I worked on flip clippers (Hit 100, not in one string)
Long strings (Got 29 tiltless then I just choked...fucking mental barriers)
Work on making my atomics more hippy
Overall, it was a good session, but I'm still sick

I don't know. Anyone talk to Jorden? I'm still free this weekend. Someone just has to step up and organize. (I don't want to cause I'm at my mom's and she has dial-up internet...) Just say when and were and I'll show up.
