Well, in circle comp, if you drop after one or two contacts, it's the person who would get the bag next that decides whether or not to give you another shot.

Actually it's in the rules that if you drop on the first link (or maybe the first trick, it was link at NYJ) you get one passback for the round.

I think it should be the same for this, you just get one redo.

At TO Jam it was one passback if you had an early fuck up. You wouldn't get more than one redo per turn, but more than one redo per round. We do things differently here in Canadia.

Besides that, I like the idea of one redo per video for this competition.

I voted by the way. This is gonna be a close one.

Thanks for putting this up! It is a close one!

I don't know why I was being so negative during that session. That was pretty good, for me. I really like having these vids to look at though, so that I can see where changes need to be made and such. I think the hack offs will prove to be really beneficial to all the players that participate. Plus, they're super fun!

stop making statements about the way something works unless you are 100% positive what you are saying. zac miley is right.

the rule of circle competition (directly from the guy who wrote the rules, Ianek, go ask him if you want to verify what i say) is that if the first trick is dropped, the REFEREE or JUDGE orders a passback from the next player, 1 per turn, nothing is left up to the players to decide, its competition, not a shred circle.

not to mention, circle comp is from canada, so if anyone does things differently, it'd be us, not you, and we dont.

edit: oh yeah about the comp, well done both of you! im keeping my vote secret though

Sorry. I didn't mean to sound like I was disagreeing with what he said. He did say it was in the rules. What I said was simply how it was done at TO Jam.

I think it's sort of hypocritical to tell me that I'm saying falsehoods and then tell me how it's run in Canada. I also don't mean to come across as the new kid that think he knows everything because he went to one tournament, either. I was there at TO Jam and that's how they ran the competition and I don't see how you can disagree with me unless you were there too. The final rounds are posted in the video forum, so you can watch them if you don't believe me.

Edit: But I do apologize for talking like I know my shit backwards and front. I was speaking out of experience, but I shouldn't have made hasty assumptions.
