thats not surging, thats a frigid pixie, though they do look similar.
(EDIT) On second thought, your right, that set can be way cleaner, and this just looks like super pulled surging.

Ok, so i decided to take a break from trying Arctic set. I'll wait till I'm at a jam and i got the adrenaline pumping to try and clean that up. Heres something i hit today. It's my second time hitting it, but the first time on video. I still classify it as a new move, for me at least.
