Dexterity?

Post by JoshC. »

Hey I am confused on what a dexterity really is. Footbag.org is a little unclear when describing it. Anything clearer would be a big help. Thanks.

I know that it is the name of an add. Does a mirage have a dex in it? Is that considered going around the bag?

yeah
a dex is where your leg circles the bag. in a mirage after you set the bag your op leg comes from behind and circles the bag, a dex, ect.
hope that helps :D

So you can have multiple dexs in a move and you get an add for each one?

a dex is either:

a-mirage & illusion type move: going in front of the bag with your leg (knee to ankle).

b-whirl & swirl (and their reverse version) type move: going over the bag with you leg (knee to ankle).

so a dex doesn't need to be a full 360 around the bag.
