Had a short session today. The game felt really good and I hit mobius bs. This was one of those days I felt like I can hit almost anything. It's understandable that you play better sometimes and sometimes worse, but for me there is a big difference. When I play on my own it seems like I have a permanent curse over me, and very often when I play with Robert or Joonas my play is at it's best. (Joonas left me now to play solo sessions cause he went to cut down trees in some forrest... :) ). Anyways, I've noticed that my spinning and ducking (diving also) is a lot better than just a couple of weeks ago.
It's these kinds of things that make you want to train harder.

I've noticed lately that I've started to get atomic moves midstring. Well, cheaply, but anyways, those are pretty hard to put midstring (for noobs like me) because you have to maintain control after the move before, so that you get the uptime dex properly. I'm not saying I can hit the set anytime but I'm getting better at it. Here's atomsmasher bsos. Should hit it b2b soon.

EDIT: Nice backgroundmusic, isn't it?

Hey Kim,

Nice little vid, awesome song. I really like your style. Everything looks so tight and quick. I liked the Fear>Smear>Atom link on both sides, but why no repeat?

Again, thanks for the vid.

Finally a little bit better weathers. Yesterday was really hot and I was playing on this one basketball court while my friend was playing basket. I love playing at new locations, and I seem to get tired of the same one's really quick.

Today I had a short session because of the sun but nevertheless I hit my longest string ever: 68 contacts tiltless :) . This means I completed my challenge: 50 contacts tiltless, which has been bothering me for a long time. In this run I hit Legovers (near and far), clippers, BOPs, one PLO, mirages (ss too), ducking, spinning, near pickups and one illusion.

My double dexes are opening up too and I've finally started to get them on the flipside. Today I also hit DOD>Pdx Mirage>Paradon bs

I'm happy :)

Today is my 17th birthday. One year left until the fun starts :? .

Considering footbag, I'm having a small break because of this leg pain I'm experiencing. Nothing serious though, I just wont play for some days.

I'm having the same problem with my shoes as many others have had (Q 02's): the stitches in the toe area have come loose. Also, there are no quantum 02's available in my size so I'm waiting for the third version to be launched.

Thanks, even though I noticed your comment so late. I will look for the Quantum 3's when they're out. As temporary shred shoes, until I order the new quantums, I just today ordered a pair of sexy red twill lavers for an estimated total of 40 € (postal charges included). Not bad at all

My leg is starting to get better, even though I was feeling pain yesterday when playing. But yeah, now that I have a new pair of shred shoes incoming, I can play without constantly having to fear my quantum 2's will die.

Back again. My leg pain is getting better and I had a really good session today.

Highlights:
Infinity x63
Still not 80, which is a challenge of mine, but anyways my new infinity record!
Osis x59
This is also my record for osises, but I'm a bit pissed of because my challenge says 60

And oh yes, I suprised myself throwing rev swirl first time ever, midstring. After that I got the move like 5 times and guess I could have got it more if I had tried. After that I hit twirl too. Both of these only strong side but whatever.

We decided to make a video with my friend, where he skates and I play footbag. The skateboard part is first so don't get fooled by that.
Here it is:

Thanks for the comment Paul. The other Kim sure had a funny face at the end.

In other words:
Curse this shit :x
For two weeks I had this leg pain and when it finally healed I fell on my ASS, the other day, and hurt my coccyx (or whatever it's called).

Today I went to the cellar, (cause it was raining as hell), to have a short session. The shred was as terrible as the colours and the stink of the cellar and the session ended in me almost spraining my ankle.

Right now I don't feel like playing at all...

Don't worry though, I'm really looking forwards to playing with the others at Turku Open this weekend. I just don't feel like playing before that.

Like 12 contacts of Diving>Ducking rpt
EDIT: DDD, only strong side (not Blurrier)
Symp Whirl bs
Paradox Blender bs
Stepping Whirl strong side

The summer holidays are over in one week and once again it feels like I haven't done shit this summer :( . I don't really know what I should've done otherwise to make the summer feel complete. Maybe I should've drank more?

Well, me and Joonas decided to try drilling more and shredding less. A normal session would consist of 45 mins of drilling different concepts and the rest of the session shred. We were talking about trying this for 3 weeks, maybe more. If this brings good results I will likely change my training into drilling.
