So here it is...my friend filmed me this morning and I got some pretty nice runs in. The movie was originally 1:40 but it got cut to :42 for some reason. Critiques once again are welcomed so don't be afraid to give your 2 cents

Hey Nick
I liked this video way way more then your last one. It's awesome that you're learning everything both sides, thats always good to see in new players. Your string length was a million times better in this video then in the other one, so props for that. Just keep drilling and getting all your basics consistent, it'll be a huge benefit in the future.
Make lots of videos of your progress, it's always fun to watch people progress over time.

This video was alright. The camera was in a good place. The lighting was good. You took up most of the screen which is good too.
A few things to consider in the future:
- Have an intro or at least a title screen listing or introducting the players, or do this at the end.
- End the video at the end of a song or fade the music out. Perhaps this video was cut short during the upload process.
Advice for your shred:
- Keep the bag closer to you.
- Dex with your thighs whenever you can.
- Wait for the bag to come down and then dex.
When you do a mirage, try dexing the bag with your thigh. Raise your knee so that your thigh is straight out. Let your lower leg hang straight down - not pointing out. To dex, move your thigh sideways as the bag passes by. This should take very little effort.
When you do legovers, the bag should be close to your body. Lift your knee up with your lower leg down. As the bag comes down, point your lower leg inward across your other leg. Circle the bag as you bring your leg down and catch. You do not have to reach up for the bag as it must, by the laws of gravity, come down.
Keep shredding.
Peace.
