Blizzard Finally Announces Diablo 3

For any PC gamers out there, that are fans of the Blizzard games, especially Diablo and Diablo 2 and the LoD expansion, Blizzard, after 8 years, as finally announced that they are working on Diablo 3. They have a nice teaser, and a really, really nice gameplay video.

You can see them both here.

The gameplay looks very good. The interface on the bottom looks similar to WoW's, but it still has almost all of the original Diablo 2 peices in it. So far, it all looks as though they've only tweaked some aspects of it, but there is some serious new stuff in there that looks just awesome.

They also show some kick ass gameplay of a new character class called the Witch Doctor.

Though I'm not a fan of new age MMO's, I will most definitely playing this game, even if (And I'm sure there will be) there is a subscription fee. It looks too amazing to pass up.

The makers of Hot Pockets are definitely stoked on the incremental money they'll be making once this hits stores.

D2 and the LoD expac is my favorite game of all time. I played that for so long on bnet. I can't believe they are finally making another diablo title, it's about figgin' time. Hopefully it will be out before 2010 but knowing Blizz I'd be surprised. I think I'm going to go re-install D2 anyway fun fun.

lol, doubt it. Unless you're easily addicted to games. WoW is a life destroyer... But this game will be nothing like WoW. Thank god. WoW... good game, but takes way too much commitment to actually enjoy it.

So, people on modified play D2? Do any of you guy guys want to party up? My xfire name is habajack, add me if you want to play sometime. I play hardcore because it destroys your self-worth when you die, feels good.

I've always thought of playing Hardcore, but I prefer to continually get better as I play rather than lose everything in an instant of lag. I'm very well established on USEast Non-Ladder Softcore at the moment, and my account name is Pavidus. If anyone wants to play sometime, just send me a message. You'll have to tell me you're from here otherwise I'll probably just ignore you. XD
