Video Camera

i was wanting to buy a video camera so that i can film footbag and stuff. but i don't want my videos to look like a webcam or blurry. what is a good quality of camera that i should buy? they say you pay for what you get, but i want to get a good camera cheap, but i have no idea what to look for. i want a camera that will be able to film fast stuff without the blur and still by somewhat inexpensive.

1.07 Megapixel CCD image sensor....... is that good?

any ideas?
