Hey dudes

Post by h0ag3yb3atZ »

Hey, my name is Kevin and I'm from Mass and I've been playing for about four months now.

I have mastered my basic stalls, kicks and possess a decent looking clipper however, I am having a shitload of trouble with ATW. I was wondering what techniques I should apply to make sure that I hit it more often then not.

I look forward to contributing more to the awesome footbag community, thanks alot.

practice practice practice

when i first started i had a ton of trouble with atw as well, i think its mostly due to the fact that your leg probally isn't used to trying to move around like that deliberately. only way to overcome that is keep trying and eventually the movement will feel more natural.

Hi Kevin.

If you look in the Trick Tips section of the forum, you'll find a stickied thread at the top titled MASTER LIST and important rules for this section. If you look in there, you'll find a thread for just about any move or concept. Before asking a question about a specific move, try reading through the whole thread on the specfic move because your question might have already been answered in there.

Welcome to the forum. :-)

since you have been hitting ATW, you should make sure you have it down on both sides... and eventually both ways.
