Today Manna footed janiwalker after 4 attempts, and having never even tried furious before. It took him about the same amount to foot the other side. And by foot I mean he hit the trick and it flew away with upward motion. He hit janiwalker on the one side to end the session perfectly into a hand catch. Ridiculous.

He also hit flip ripped warrior for the first time in what might have been a BSOS of ripped warrior?

shredded yesterday.

i have been alittle sad to write in my blog cuz of all my seesion being shitty plus im always sore or sleepy after school. i havent been playing much lately just 2 times a week do to my businesss/sadness.

but i had a hell of a seesion yesterday with hackrifice and special guest, Ben R.
i was hitting long shuffle runs with lots of spinning and lots of ducks in the same run. at one point i was playing soo good that ppl were clapping for me cuz my runns were sooo long, that felt super good cuz usually they come to see Andrew or Erik do there sick stuff ,but atleast i really felt like i was getting to the point were i knew i was getting good. i really like that Ben was there, i love to play with out of towners or ppl that i dont usually shred with. it makes me just wanna shred even more and the bigger the footbag players watching me the better. i love the pressure in footbag, it makes me play better knowing that they wanna seee good shred from me especial if their watching me in person. Ben also has a different style than me, i love seeing ppl with there own favorite concepts and what other ppl can think of with there heads. Erik was also filming soo that made it even more fun for me to try to get my shred on caam.

JANIWALKER bothside but the one i got on my flip was the do to it was the end of the session.i hit it after a couple trys even iff i have never hit that set Ben was trying it so i wanted to see if i could hit it.

im gonna be shredding alot more now plus ShrEdmonton is tmrw aand i am soooo pumped. i gonna shredd like crazy saturday. i cant wait!!!!!!!!

WElllllll thats aa deal Andrew, but i will have to say Erik was apart of my learings since Erik helped me with may game and you still both help me alot Kevin R. is like my personal footbag trainer he can spot what im doing wrong from the beggining Thanks Kev. i dont mind not having the crown just yet it might smell alittle funky when i get it.

ShrEdmonton was great and lots offf fun weather the amount of ppl its always nice too see new faces and shred with other ppl. i ended up winning all the Shredmonton event in inter aand And Andrew won Shred 30, Hackrifice came aand kicked aasssss. Andrew got a Eskimo bag and some shorts i think. and i think i got the greatest prize of alll, i won freee Quantum 3s. i couldnt even believe it i was sooo happy, i dont have to spend my money of new shoes cuz my lavers are dieing. alll that time and practice was starting to really play offf, its also starting to play off with the viewers, ppl like to watch me shred before they were really only interested in Andrew And Erik but now its more like all threee of us. On to more Shredmonton tHanks to the whole ShrEdmonton Crew for making it such a great time for me and i will you all at hackrifice this year and ShrEdmonton Next year and i hope to take home my monty Wards.

Canada Day Shred today. it was awesome super funnn everyone loved us. at one point ppl wanted to give us money which we just couldnt accept do to were not about the money, we just came to shred. the down fall about Canada day shred was the hotness of the day, yu might off been able to fry an Egg on are back and it would probably taste good cuz we all tasted like salt. i enjoyed the ammount of ppl watching and just made me more pumped to shred. ppl were took tons and tons of picture of us. but as we were shredding there were these two asian girls and i dont know if ppl on modified know how much i like asian girls but yeah one of them wanted to take a pictures with me and Andrew both me and Andrew were shirtless and sweaty i thought one of them was really pretty and i didnt want to be in the picture so i just turned around and put my hat on but i guesss she really wanted me to be in the picture so she grabbed my had and she said come on please be in the picture. so i couldnt say no after that but i was super shy and wasnt really focused on asking her for her number or anything so i guesss i will have to wait till i see her again cuz the lip ring is pretty memorable. Ben R came to shred for like 45 min with his cuzin which i dont know the name of but having Ben there made it a bit more Easier cuz of how hot it was and it made everyone alittle more wanting to shred. i had some hightlights but i will have to remember for next time i write them here

i willl be shreddding tmrw again. i have pretty much been shreddding everyday accpet yesterday cuz i was on the plane and wasnt really in the modd after i got offff the plane

i think i can write alot more but i dont want it to get anymore boring than it is. so i will leave it at that.

yesterday that pretty asian girl. then today 2 more group of girls wanted to take pics, didnt really wanna be in the second cuz they were all pretty butter. Then right before we were done we had another 2 come up and they were from the states or somthing nothing to special. snapped some with them after, gave them a little show and there was this one who was a little coo coo and silly which made it super funny to teach but all the girls didnt match the asian girl from yesterday, thats for sure. lets hope she willl come back .

me and Andrew will be keeping score on how many pics we can get with the ladies and hopefully numbers soon enough, right now were at 3. since i started playing shirtlesss as of 2 days ago the girls have just been piling in. im super skinny tho its Wierd,i would think girls who watch guys shirtless would be in to more beefier guys. Andrew brings all the muscle but when i was playing with a shirt no girls would take pics with us. i guesss 2 ppl shirtless,sweaty salty and playing footbag just mean more girls piling in and hopefully soon more numbers if were not to focused on the bag.

it was a pretty low key session for me. i dont really know why but i wasnt mad about it or anything i was just not as focus which means i had time for other things.at the End of the session i wanted to still shred cuz i was sooo pumped from teaching footbag and having a group of like 20 ppl watching us.the Forks was sooo dead till we were just about to finish ppl wanted to watch.

I'm just glad we don't have to make that choice. And being a girl in footbag, I've never had to make that choice.

When the guy I'm dating now moved here I told him I didn't want to get involved because I wanted to kick with him and be comfortable at sessions, and I totally meant it. So I guess at that point I chose footbag. It's a hard choice because as fun as dating is, footbag comes with friends.

I think that's why if I had to choose, footbag would always win with me.

yes i do get quite a bit of fan mail from time to time but i dont wanna say anything cuz i would just feel cockey and conceded which just wouldnt be me.but it was i alittle wierd and cool at the same time having ppl pming you and not knowing who they are but saying that they like my shred and my style.(THE BEST FANS OF ME I JUST HAVE TO TALK ABOUT) Super Cool! i Enjoyed when i didnt really know Colombia players even play footbag and i was getting started with about 6 months of freestyle then them intrviewing me for their site. i think that will be one of my biggest highlights. now im really good friends with most of the Colombian guys which is super cool.

i love when ppl tell me when im good. it just makes me wanna play more. i shred lots with Andrew And Erik and they are my mentors and i have them to thank greafully for teaching me everything i know. i hope Erik can get his comp fixed and you guys can enjoys some shred from myself.

the Manitobian water is really yummmy, i have to say. im actually have some out of my pf water bottle right now.
i dont know if its the water, but theirs somthing in footbag that drives me to improve my skills. i think if you have somthing that is driving you to do somthing you should just do it cuz life is to short. my drive is pretty personal and i think Andrew and Erik know what it is. if you would really wanna know and you think you can keep it to yourself just pm me about it.my drive is a little silly and ppl might not like it if i say it out loud .

WEll me? my name is manna and life is goood..... and soooo kick assss.


im a bit rusty since i didnt play for alot of last week cuz i was tired.
i have been shredding everyday so far since last week . not really hitting anything new right now. just working on doing everything consistantly. which i think i em doing just fine with.alot off just basic stuff and drilling. today i really worked on drills with alot of shuffle and ducking stuff. i really like doing that kinda stuff cuz i think im strong at it but at the same time its always good to work on stuff your not good at . i went to the ymca to go shred and my dad just worked out today. me and my dad had some games of fozz ball or w.e you call it my dad ended up beating me. i suck at it, me and Rory played at the ymca in Edmonton and he beat my ass black and blue.>.<
when i was shreding and doing my drills i forgot to do a really important drill. my new friend Tina A. the swiss miss gave me a drill to do and my legs where already dead. i was only able to do half of it the drill. the drill was whirlingswirl pdx whirl rpt. tmrw i will have to do it and hope i dont forget cuz tmrw is gonna be so exiting for 3 very important reasons.there are 3 reasons why life issss soooo good for a young fellow like me.
first off all i will be getting a tester bag from jordan and i love getting bags to test, if anyone wants someone to test there bag im the person to come to. i will write alittle review after im done shredding with it.
second Erik will be making a video of me, really happpy about that. i can show ppl my stuff . hope Eriks comp will be able to do Edit.
i will have to sleep earlier tonight and hope that i play good, last couple a days i havent been sleeping till 5 am and shreddding at 8 pm at night. tmrw i have to be at Eriks my 3:30 pm SHARP!


LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE MOST IMPORTANT. i will be in Reader's Digest Magazine. a very well known magazine in Canada. i will be the picture for the artical. Erik will be snapping some pics and shooting a video of me .soo the day should be awesome, im soo pumped to be in the magazine.i feel like im gonna be walking and shredding in to a photo shoot. you ppl dont even know how happy i am right now! since it is HACKRICE 10 they asked us to be in an artical and Erik asked me to be the picture for the artical. you will all see the picture for the artical trmw. hope all of you guys and lovely ladies like the artical and the pics. hope you Canadians get the mag just knowing that there will be some shout outs to footbag and my picture on it.
