Buuttt... it's alpine rubberman so who cares.

I just shred a bit more and tried to break the atomsmasher wr, but only got to 30, after that point I'm almost too exhausted to stand on one leg. I wonder what sort of cross training would help. Anyway, getting that drill off my chest felt really good. If I worked on my flip stepping ducking I may even be able to get it consistent.

Consistant atomic spinning would be cool too.

I had a shred with Josh and Tom in oakville. Josh was kind enough to pick me up in hamilton and drive me to Tom's, and drive me all the way home to brantford after the session. Much appreciated! You better believe I would do the same for you if I had a car.

I didn't really have high hopes to hit much because I had already played a few times that same day but I managed to squeak out a few new tricks, and hit some good strings.

Josh hit a bunch of new stuff I hadn't seen him hit before and Tom was as good as ever. His spinning is really awesome.

Alpine Rubberman II would take quite a bit of work for me. I can probably do 4 contacts now, but hitting the alpine mat > alpine sumo on my flip would be unlikely at this point. I feel splitting up the two nukes on one side is kinda cheating. Tom and I were hitting some fairy reverse swirling sets.

After shred we went to a pub to get a pitcher of Creemore. Tasty new beer for me. There was some talk about camp wakahakee 2, monty wards and other fun stuff.

We went back to Tom's for a bit and hungout. Tom is pretty good at blindfolded underwater chess! Thanks Anne for the refreshing perspective, I should bring you some carnations?! Just kidding though Tom, I think what you're doing is really awesome.

Oh, Tom...

Long ride home because of construction on the highway. A 40 minute drive took a good 2+ hours! Thanks again for the ride, and the conversation!

Jay Boychuk messaged me on modified in the morning and came over for a 3 hour two man! He's definitely coming into his own an he can hit a bunch of shit that I can't really even touch. Keep climbing the ranks of footbag in Ontario! It was so much fun to shred with him, he kept me motivated. --My only regret was that I didn't have more energy to sacrifice. I'm pretty tired and sore. It'll pay off though.

Once upon a time I went to Johnny's house on July 19th 2008, and I had juice. Johnny has the best juice there is, and I don't quite understand it. I woke up from a friends house, went to my house, slept another 2 hours after a busy night, knowing that I had to prepare myself for a glass of the juice in question. I know just the texture of this substance which is so dreamy. A stickier thicker, yet subtly watery clear fluid that is just prepaired at the right temperature, so that when you drink it your throat does not get too cold, nor does the slighty chilled drink not create a quenching feeling in your body. Today, at 2:34:53 or so PM, I had a taste of this new juice, which was yellow served in a pinkish glass. I had been yearning for this juice since about 2:04:33 exactly when I arrived and thought about shredding in a newly green painted Johnny room, where many of you have seen his videos before. In a cry for help, I decided that I might as well put on some Gunits and hit some tricks to build up a sweat, in my only hope that Johnny would recognize that my thirst needed something to refresh it. The glands and pores and creepy-crawlies on my tongue were crying in, and outside, for as time and tricks went on they suffered of dehydration. The rest of me of course wasn't so bad, but the overpowering stamina of the single part of my brain that had been re-arranged to need the Juice that can be found in Johnny's fridge kept pumping. Johnny Adam and I stood still for the quiet moment inbetween passes, and I could not help it anymore I boldly asked/demanded for a quiet cup to be filled with the juice. Oblivious to the mental symposium that had been going through my system, Johnny stepped up to the plate and took as estimated 38 steps to his fridge and retrieved the juice from it's lair, with two empty glasses just waiting to be used for their origonal intention. The contents of what is hidden beneath my short shorts could hardly contain itself as the suspense of the footsteps over the taped wire in his living room carpet would expose his arrival to the shred-room came towards me, and when I grabbed the juice my entire entity rejoiced and I could live happily ever after.

Johnny had a massive Nuclear Run today, it went something like matador*8->alpinematador->barfry->more matadors->pdx drifters->shuffle, and when he dropped in the distance a lightning bolt crashed, and immediately he said, witty as always,

"Shit I think the earth broke" or "I didn't mean to break the earth",

Or something similar to that. Funny as hell,

Thanks Johnny, Sammies had really good food and I can't thank you enough for paying for my clubhouse sandwhich which, by the way, was better than any clubhouse sandwhich before it. It could have been suplimented by the fact that I drank yellow juice just hours before, I couldn't say.
