I had a great time Jay, you toooootally outshred me though. It was partly because I hadn't played in a bit, and partly because my head was totally not into it. Thanks for the talk at Sammy's it gave me a lot of new ideas.
Henry, I've tried and tried, and it seems I can't beat your record atm. One day though. But by then you'll be better and you'll beat it again.
I've had a bunch of sessions since my last post. My desire to play footbag definitely isn't consistent, and either is my blog-keeping.
Ebb and flow in footbag, emotions, free time, money, friends. I guess that my life right now. Everything is great though for the most part.
Jay has been coming down quite a bit and I enjoy it a lot. I'd just like to say thanks to everyone who has ever come down for a session in Brantford, it's a nice change of pace to not have to travel to play with someone.
Hackrifice is a definite go. I bought my tickets a while ago. I'm still looking for a routine song but I'm not going to let it bother me too much, I've never been a big fan of competing in routines. It looks like the event is going to be really close to when I get my four wisdom teeth taken out, hopefully it doesn't interfere too much.
I hope I can make it to funtastiks. It was my first footbag tournament and going there again for the last time would be a memorable experience. I think it will remind me how I used to feel about footbag. Anyway, we'll see.
Everyone come visit me, I have: a futon, floor, food, footbags, fun, and a feline (keep that in mind if you're allergic).
Also, if you do happen to go to Johnny's house, and stay for ANY amount of time you will be granted full access to his juice. Up somewhere in his freezer, he has these little frosted cans of pure stupendous quality, which when added to water, and stirred with perhaps a wooden spoon, chainsaw, or fork becomes the most thirst quenching product known to man. It is highly recommended to drink at least 3-5 glasses per month, and that will completely guarentee that you will remain a human being who can truly appreciate life to it's fullest.
I was in Brantford today dropping off my friend Johnny, but seeing as you were at Work and my ankle is still tender I thought it would be best not to drop by. Tomorrow however, hoorah.
OH, JOHNNY can hit CRAZY stuff. Last time I was with him, he had memorably 20 strings that basically made me realize how the rest of the world should realize what a powerhouse Johnny is. Two tries to get an eight add? No effort? Two tries to get toe ducking drills? full symp and half symp and symple runs, clipper and toe galore? He should have a commercial.
