Every one cross your fingers...

i may have just gotten us the fuckin' sweetest venue.

i warn you though, be prepared for a very late night of footbag, as in starting comps at 10:30 pm.

don't worry, it'll be totally worth it!

I'm gonna keep that on the DL just incase she doesn't work out.

The plan is to run freestyle prelims in the afternoon and then the best routines move on to the finals show (i emphasize show), which will take place at our second venue at 10:30pm (doors open at 10:00pm for the public). We will do routine finals, rippin run and "hack off" (consecutive battles for novice competitors). If time permits, it will be followed by a dance/shred party.

go big or go home!

That's a tad crazy, but I'm a nightcrawler, so me is down. Sounds wicked. See, I knew I was right when I told Jess that I don't really plan on sleeping that night. I guess I'll be standing out front on a lawn somewhere trying to finish last night's booze at 9 a.m. Sunday morning.

I'll join you in the passed out department if Evan Gatesman comes.
I always wanted to see Evan and Johnny in a circle together though!

Do you guys have room for a third?

If comps are going to begin at night, I think I'll take time sleeping during the day so that I can be excited for all-night shred. I can't wait!

You can add 2 more to the attending list, myself and my tent-mate Scottie-2-Hottie. We're hitchin her accross this great land, so why the frig not stop into the rootin darn tootinest contest therrrrr be. I'm bringing a guitar. And we don't need crash space cause we live in a tent.

STOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!

........the only thing that would stop us would be my sister not giving birth in time for the tournament, cause I want to meet my godchild before we take off.

Jeff Lopes was one of my favorite players, thanks for sending me the PM Erik (sorry I didn't get it until now). I still haven't done anything about ordering Lavers and a bag, but I will definitely get on that shortly. Depending on where I am with things in my life I may or may not make it out to Hackrifice this year. It would no doubt be a lot of fun, so I'll see where I'm at as the date comes closer, and let you guys know.

I hope the event works out regardless. You guys always put on a smashing competition, lets hope Hackrifice #10 is 10x the fun!! :P

That is some awesome news Chad. I guess as godfather you get to name her child?

A LOT of names come to mind, but I won't affect your decision, if you have that liberty.

I think the end of this police audio clip is the most disturbing part of this frightening incident...

I don't know if you're joking or not, but if not: Noooo!

This is such a freak incident, when has this EVER happened before?! The last line of that article said it's probably a one-of-a-kind thing!

That kind of a psycho could have stricken ANYWHERE.

We're all pretty sane up here in the Great White North! Mostly...
