New Lavers?

I bought a pair of these here in China. They are in every Adidas store now. They come in white leather with a patent black back tab or patent rouge tab. They don't say Rod Laver though on the backtab.

I bought a pair and they are exactly like lavers, shape, fit, everything, except the sole has grip like Rod Laver Milleniums. Stupid me, I asked them to keep the box when I bought them, so I didn't get a chance to see what the exact model is. I will check again next time I go shopping.

Just a heads up for you folks to see if this model comes up in NA soon.

I believe I've seen these before at the Adidas store, and I don't think they're Lavers, but it was a while back so I'm completely unsure of that.

But I don't see how they are exactly like Lavers, the inside surface looks terrible. Unless the pic is wrong, you can tell by the shadow on the inside that that part of the sole slopes down and away from the inside, offering very little in the way of a catching surface.

I just don't know if you were posting these for viable footbag shoes or just for fashion. If it's the latter, then yeah those are neat shoes.

Those do resemble lavers a lot. If that is the inside sole of the shoe, it may take some getting used to. If it is the outside, then meh, doesn't really matter to much.
