No, it's not swollen Ben (S). It feels like my whole knee is just aching. Right underneath the patella, a little bit on the inside and anywhere from right below to above my knee on the outside. Ugh. I'm hoping it will be fine after the weekend. I'm also hoping it's not because of blenders, because I like how mine look.

lol, it looks like I just got back from the pool. Ew.
Anyways. My knee is most definitely NOT fine, which kind of sucks. I played anyways. The hardest I've played all summer, probably. Here's how the structure was:
Warm-up:
- 2 attempts at Mirage>SS Mirage rpt (33 c, 65 c)
- 2 attempts at Illusion>SS Illusion rpt (10 c, 31 c [new record])
- 2 attempts at Legover>SS Legover rpt (22 c, 28 c)
- 2 attempts at Pickup>SS Pickup rpt (19 c, 20 c)
Trick drilling (do the trick until you drop, pick it up and start again):
- Ripwalk x 100 (17, 4, 11, 10, 8, 10, 13, 5, 24)
- Whirl x 50 bs
- Strong: (19, 11, 7, 22)
- Flip: (10, 11, 10, 17, 8 )
>Switch to lavers
- Drifter x 100 (didn't keep track of attempts, it was way too many)
- Gyro Clip x 50 (mostly 1 at a time)
- PDX Whirl x 50 (also mostly 1 at a time)
Fearless & stringing
- Phoenix>Blurriest bsos
- Phoenix>Blurriest>PDX Blender
- Blurriest>Blurriest like 4 times
- Fog bs
- Blurry Drifter bsos
Then I just cooled down. Tomorrow I'm going to work toe sets and double downs. Probably drifters again.

Seriously Zac, if your knee is not feeling good don't push it. I am 99% sure you wont listen to that advice, but in the long run even taking a few days in a row off wont even be a blip on the radar.
Then again, you can judge your knee's severity better than anyone. And 5 fearless would be nifty.

I agree Jay. It was pretty stupid of me to play that hard.
I'll try that challenge Josh, but there are a couple other 5 fearless strings that would be easier. I'm not very good at Fog yet.

You really don't want to keep playing on a hurt knee without getting it checked out. The damage your doing could injure you for a year or more.Isilwar wrote:No, it's not swollen Ben (S). Also, I'd recommend stop doing whirls 20 times in a row on one side, let alone repeating that drill. I can't see that being good for your knee, despite what people on here may say.

Played today. First time since that last session. Skipped a day then?
- Riptide bsos
- Flip atomic is much better, thanks to those atomsmashers I did last time probably. I'll try rubberman next session.
- Blurry Drifter>PDX Blender, almost bs. Off my foot on flip.

Thanks Ben.
I need a new bag soon. I really hate buying stuff... I want a camera first. Maybe I can wait 'til Cody gets back and steal some fabric from him. Bwahaha.
- Whirling (set) Rake
- Maelstrom
- Spinning Ducking Clipper bsos
- Stepping Swirl>Ripstein (inspired by Jorden)
- Phoenix>Riptide (other riptide in the seal
)
- PDX Blender took a step back because I haven't been doing it the past couple sessions.
I hope it's back tomorrow. No not tomorrow. Break tomorrow. Saturday.
