footbaggggggggggg!

shredded with ATG today for like 30 mins. pretty good session for only 30 mins. Andrew is leaving for Worlds tmrw sooo im gonna be schooling on my own for the next month. Erik already left and is already in Europe. Next week i get to shred with some of the other hackrifice players that dont play much anymore. so i dont think i cant get happier than that. Ass you all know Derek Vandall aka 'THe Vandallizer' aka "king of nukes" will be coming out to shred with me and The super hot babe With big Hair in Rorys eye will be coming out Aka jess LMAO HAHAH

. i really like shreding with both of them, last year i couldnt go to the hackrifice after party but Jess and Derek Were screaming my name out.

Spike hammer first try mid string plus i have never tryed that trick plus i almost bsosed it.

close to blurry syp mirage. its abit silly i think that move is soo Easy but i didnt hit it yet. tmrw i already know i will hit it bsos.

sympl swirls mid sting. i am working on doing them in and out of sets.

Went to the ymca today. i FINALLY worked out. i feel Wierd going there with my skinny bod. but i really have to start going there to work out and running. i ran for 30 mins and for about 2.5 to 3 miles. i really have to start especially for footbag, me And Eoghan Had that hack off and right after the First Runn i was Winded and i didnt know what hit me. i soo us to passing the bag to Andrew or Erik or if im playing solo i just drill. i think the tricks i already know are not a problem its just the inderence i dont have long very much off. i really have to start building that up. after all the work out stuff was done i had a 20 to 30 mins session which was Hard cuz my legs were heavy but was able to do my usually stepping stufff. ohh yeah during my run i got a blister from my Lavers cuz i dont wear socks when i play, mainly cuz of Anrew Teaching me his ways. it hurt soo much to walk let alone play i taped it up soo some of the pain would go away. the stink didnt goo alway.. May lavers STINK! i hope my free pair of Quantum 3s come asap. FORREAALLZZ!
