Nice stuff Erik and Jorden.

Some new-ish stuff in runs today at lunch.

-Ripped Warrior (both sides; sealed with hand catch)
-Spikedhammer (both sides; sealed with hand catch)
-Mullet (sealed with hand catch)
-Whirygig (sealed with hand catch)
-Motion (BSOS)
-Atomic (no plant) Clipper (BSOS)

I had some bigger moves on my foot today like Stepping Ducking Paradox Whirl, and Spinning Ducking Far Dyno (styly..mm)

Jorden we've got to shred again soon.

Whirr'ed.

I hit some wicked long strings with legovers, pickups, mirages, illusions. And a whole bunch of osi (osis singular)
THERE IS TOO MUCH TO REMEMBER IN OSIS!!!
look at the bag, crank your ankle, look at the bag, lower your leg, turn your body, catch the bag as you look at it, turn your head, look at the bag

It is alot to remember at first, but eventually it will become second nature, and you won't have to think at all.

Anyway, I was thinking about the Sick 3 Judging thread, and how I should try to do some of my bigger moves on my flipside. Im proud to announce:

-Maelstrom (both sides; sealed with hand catch)

(!!!)?

I enjoyed it. It isn't that huge but I got a big rush. This stuff is like crack cocaine. I'm going to shred again later tonight and try to solidify my Nuclear sets. Footbag is THE SHIT.

Oh yea. First decent sailing move:

-Sailing Butterfly (what a surprise, lol)

I want to shred with some new people. All of you come to Brantford.

Yea, a little jam would be nice. I wonder who would come. I think it would be more than 8 hours though.

New moves are often like that, but as John mentioned, it becomes second nature eventually. Believe it or not, Osis will be a bail for you someday.

At the moment, I still feel like furious set has too many things to remember in it, and I`ve been hitting that set for over a year. But then, probably Sunil or Vasek don`t have to think nearly as much about it as I do. It`s all relative, just keep schooling it.

C-fan,
I am skooling furious set right now and I would really like to tknow the things you are constantly thinking about when you are performing the set. Like when you throw your knee out (laterally), whether you set the bag toward your midline or straight up, whether you are actually settting at all or whether it is more like holding your clip there while you jump off the barraging leg thats planted, etc. this would be super helpful to me if you have the time. Thanks,
Jeremy
