You're progressing so well, it's not even funny. This was an awesome video. I love how you're schooling your basics but still throwing those big tricks midstring. you're going to be insanely good, it's pretty obvious. How long have you been playing?
Thanks for the video, and music this time, nice

Awesome.
Work on:
Whirls. Your dex looks like it stops halfway through, you should kind of bring it down instead of just stopping.
Phasing out tiltless. You're good enough to be straight guiltless pretty soon. Start keeping it to one 2-add in a row.
Good job on:
Your style. It's a lot better than it used to be, which is even more of an accomplishment since you've been using units.
Enjoyed the video.

Personally, I would rather be busting illusions and pickups than bopping every second move (I already do enough of that..) I don't feel like I am consistent enough to attempt to go completely guiltless yet, but I am working on guilting less
I agree with you about my whirls.
I thought I fixed my osis but after seeing this footage it clearly still needs some work..
Thanks for the comments!

Ah! You're getting so good! But of course you, and I suppose I knew that already
I'm really glad I got you into this footbag thing, I never would have imagined you becoming so dedicated to it back then, it's awesome! And to think you didn't even like hacky-slacking back when we kicked in front of that laundromat.
Good video.

The only suggestion I can make is look at your toe sets. Some are fine but some aren't. Sometimes, as your setting the bag, your foot goes outwards and your knee goes inwards. That's gonna become a huge pain, if you don't stop doing it, as you progress. Maybe just focus a minute or two on perfect alternating toe sets each session and your muscle memory should kick in eventually and all your toe sets will be good.
Other than that great video, great progression.

yo cassy, I watched your video this morning with my friend Shannon. we really enjoyed it. Hope you'll make more soon! I like seeing the new moves and new styles.
try to find videos of lon smith doing ducks. he just uses his neck, and maybe a little upper body. it looks maybe like you duck from the waist? just a though. once again, good stuff.

I was glad to see another new video from you in the videos section! We're getting spoiled.
Yea, I also definitely disagree with really pushing for guiltless right now. I would much rather see your strings the way they are now (soo long, and unique) than a bopfest.
I liked seeing you spin, I don't think I have before. And for being so new to spinning it didn't look half bad.
Your style is smoothing out quite nicely.
Like others said I would definitely try tweaking your toe sets, and focus on standing straighter longer for your ducks. It's like as you set the bag you bend forward from the waist and you end up with your head being pretty low. Instead you should be setting higher with no initial movement of your neck or hips, and then when the bag is just under shoulder height and still rising, do the duck with mostly your neck, and only lean forward more if you really need to. But with a good, well-placed set that shouldn't really ever be the case.
Props so much on the progression and keep going! You make me feel like I'm such a slacker, so thanks for that too.

I don't want to be the only "nay sayer" here. But is it just me or do the toes sometime do this weird motion?
Also it looks like your rock on your heels a bit. If you watch, your toes leave the ground and then rock back onto them, of course I could be totally one hundred percent wrong on this. (same with the toes looking weird to me)
Other than that solid form, and stick to tiltless until you're ready! You're definitely a stronger player than I am (hence why I feel like an ass for the toe and rocking part of my post) Also nice job working on the both sidedness, I totally ignored it early on and regret it
Hope to see more and kick with you sometime!
