Above is a link to a video posted on MSN today. A hotel is offering half off discounts to anyone who can hacky sack in their lobby for a min. I figure we should be able to get in there free if we all freestyle in that mammajamma for 2 min.
Seriously though, when Worlds is over I am looking into setting up an event around this hotel. The offer stands for the rest of 2008. We could get crazy rates if we all stayed there for a tourny.

It's a decent find and nice to know that despite only 1 active footbag player (albeit new Footbag HOF inductee) in the DFW area this is going on. However, if you look up the hotel a normal stay is like $300/night and a 60-second hack knocks it down to $150, still pretty expensive.
If you want to play footbag in Texas, come to my tournament in Austin in October. It's a much better city, and we will have lots of fun.

You can stay at the Youth hostel for $22/night, which is like 1/7 the cost of a room WITH the hack discount at the Palomar in Dallas.
