Music while shredding

Post by Kimbe. »

So I'm looking for a portable and handy musicmachine that doesn't bother your shred. What kind of experience do you have of these kinds of things and what would you recommend. I'd really appreciate having music while playing solo.

I've used a number of devices.

The most obvious is a personal music device like headphones and an mp3 player, but i find even those to be quite cumbersome.

With alot of success i can say I've used a boom box with batteries (has alot of power and can produce some great sound) Downside is it's heavy and batteries are expensive. Unless you find a place to plug it in.

Same goes for computer speakers! All you need is a place to plug them in and depending on the quality it could be quite good!

I've also used a speaker backpack (same as computer speakers or boomboxes) In needing either batteries or a plug but they can carry your shred gear !
Carlton Banks is in the building and about to throw down some serious sound!

If I fully understood you, you think I'm some kind of newb asking old questions just because I registered in January this year. Well, that ain't the case, I'm aware of Ipod shuffle and if I just got some pros and cons of it instead of an picture of it, it would be easier to judge.

I was just suggesting a small MP3 player. Fasten it to the shorts, run the cord up the back of your shirt, and everything stays out of the way.

somehow I submitted twice, so I deleted the picture from the second post.

I also use powered mini speakers, when I want music for a group.

I've had mine for about 15 years now, and they put out more sound than would be expected.
