I emailed Daryl about it. He's emailed Jan Zimmerman about it, but seeing as he's been at worlds, he should be getting word from him sometime soon. Hopefully Jan will be able to get there shoes, they've been held up with Czech customs, they can do a trade of sorts for Daryl can get the size 10's he ordered and Jan can get his 10.5's(?).

That's what I understood from his email.

This is from an email I wrote earlier today:

I can't really say, but I will tell you what I do know....
I purchased the shoes from planetfootbag in Europe. They placed
the order through a manufacturer in China. My order was shipped
directly to the USA, and I picked it up (after a few headaches)
in Portland a few days ago. My contact at planetfootbag is
Jan Zimmerman, who is currently in Prague attending the
World Championships (Finals were last night). I
emailed Jan as soon as I realized there was an issue, but
seeing as how he is out of his home country it may be
a few days before he can reply (though it could be sooner).
The last word I heard from him was not promising though -
Their shipment of QM'03s was held up in Czech Republic's
(where Prague is) customs. They were *really* hoping to
get theirs before worlds, since that's were all the European
players are that want to buy them!

Anyhow, I'm *hoping* that they received my size 10's by
accident, and we can swap them for 10.5s. I won't know
until Jan gets to his email and their order clears customs...
That's all I can tell you at this point. Even once we get
it sorted out it will still take at least a 1-2 weeks to get
the shoes shipped across the Atlantic.

It may be that you could fit into the 10.5 - the Quantums
are about 1/2 size smaller than regular shoes.

I will keep you informed as soon as I have news. I sincerely
apologize for the delay.

So...my lavers are a size 5, but they fit really really tight. Will a size 6 quantum possibly fit? Cuz that's the smallest size

Yes. I wear a size 6.5 men's Laver snug, and a size 7 Quantums fit me pretty well. I'm sure a full size larger (Quantums size 6) will do you just right.

The sizing mixup will be dealt with along with the reproduction run of the qm03:

So it will take approx. until mid Novemeber until daryl has size 10 black in stock.
