Andrew's street is actually off of a "Grant Avenue"! (Well... technically off of a street off of a street...)

hey man, are you still planning a trip to Australia next year?

It does kinda bum me out and also make me smile when I read about the two people i regularly kick with getting up to adventures in Europe.

Anyway, if you don't make it to Australia, see you in Berlin!

Oh man. I loved Nathan.

At one point during the awards ceremony, (probably 5am?) he comes up to me and says, "Hey! Hey Kevin, come here. Come here. Look at this. *pulls out phone* Look at this. This is where I live. *shows me photo of ocean/hillside on phone* That hill right there. This is in Australia. Wow, look at that. Beautiful. Hey Kevin, look at that. WOW. That's where I live. You see that? Right there, on the hill. See? Hey! Kevin! Look at this! That's where I live, mate. See that? Beautiful, eh? Just beautiful. That hill, there. That's my hometown. This is where I live, right there on that hill. Kevin! Yeah!"

It should be noted that I was giving him my undivided attention the entire time, and I am not exaggerating at all. :D

I'm glad that he eventually found his bag. That's too funny.

i forgot a couple good ones:
-ice cold showers for 3 days. nothing like that to kill a sexual appetite.
-our sketchy door set up so that the last person in at night (read: morning) could still get into the room even without the key
-"hey nathan, how come no one from australia pronounces the "a" at the beginning? they always just say " 'stralia" ?" "What you want to waste your time pronouncing the "a" for when there's beer that needs drinking?.... Your shout."

Yeah, nathan did the same thing to me that night! Awesome stuff. that guy is tops!!!

It was cool meeting you.
Look forward to see you in Berlin next year ;)

Did you get my mail?

Your routine was great. I was talking about it with somebody and I said "It would have been a really sick routine if it wasn't for the more than 6 drops." and he said "Wasn't it more like 3?!".. I think that's a nice compliment.

This blog is dead and done with, but the new one is going live!

I'm not on modified much these days for many reasons, but one reasons is i have been more concerned with our club and the tiny corner of the footbag world we inhabit. So it only makes sense to keep my, and all the other hackrifice blogs, there.

i'll be posting in there more frequently, and i promise to make the posts atleast informative, interesting and insightful even though i'm not playing a whole lot right now and vids and combos will not be in high numbers. Keep in mind that that will be changing come january when i'm in Oz...

Stay friends, shred hard.

Just re-read some old posts. Bit of a trip down memory lane, but there's no sense living in the past.
