Kicked with Nathan @ Daley Center. Really nice spot to kick at. I've been meaning to have a sesh here for-ever. Finally popped its cherry. Right next to the el and people galore, and plenty of restaurants around for after. The best thing is the space.

Usually you're surrounded by so many tall buildings downtown that you can't get a good perspective. The huge open space at Daley Center makes that possible. Different than Grant Park, b/c @ Daley Center you're totally surrounded by impressive architecture on huge buildings, and a dope massive piece of Picasso in the middle of it all. The massive columns on the building to the west (?) are really impressive, though I didn't get a good pic of em.

I hit little apple BS and BSOS the other day
dod>pdx drifter BS
pdx drifter>pdx DLO BS
Also some good barraging sets.
I played pretty well - fun and happy. Gotta bring that cam cam.

Props to Nathan for his smooth drifters, and oiled up barfly attempts, and just looseness in general.

yeah you do!!

Props on all the styley stuff like DOD>pdx drifter and the little apples.

Sorry I never made it out to the CIC b-day jam. Hopefully I'll be in the Chicago area some time before Fall classes start up though.

Later!

Hi G$, I don't get it, but thanks.

I just backed up all the pages in my blog on modified. It's been on my things to do list for about a year. It took me just over 5 minutes to do. Need to do the CIC blog one of these days. Should I take the 10 minutes to do that now?...

I started a challenge blog. It's called flurriestmaster. Check it out if you wish.

We need to take advantage of the rest of the summer.

Yeah, I do the same thing with my blog. It takes such little time and is so worth it just in case. BTW, the "just in case" did come up a while back and several of my blog pages were restored because I could look for exact quotes and dates posts on different pages were made.

Do it.

I started a challenge blog.

Solo today in my back yard with the music from my compy playing tha hitz. One challenge not in my challenge blog from Zach is atom>blender>blur. I hit toe blenders pretty easily today, and even one blender>blur pretty sleasily, but every time after thinking of blur made me miss the blender. So I just did

20 toe blender BS

randomly tried ripped warrior back to back. doable, but didn't spend more time on it. Happy to see flip side is there with no practice.

Moved on to Josh's challenge: paradon>double pickup>toe barrage>rpt. I hit each side not to o difficult twice. Then my calfy felt weird so I said fuck it, I know what should be done, just take the panties down and I'll fuck the biggest one.

Back to Zach's mutual atom challenge I figured I'd drill some atoms. Did 20 alternating atom smashers with breaks.

The back bend and handstand practice - it's been way too long, 25x4 push ups too.

i hit some sweet 2 move links today. very fun.

new moves:
symposium whirling reverse swirl!
terraging (no plant same foot) clipper!

I've been wanting to hit terraging something forever, and while this isn't a set - I've also wanted to hit this move for some time. mmmm.

I also hit Josh's combo on tape, but i need to get another time b/c twas off of frame. plus imma get a few more challenges then make a lil vid of them all.

last week i hit reverse swirl from a dragon. that twas fun and different. and an in front sole stall (using my hand to hold my foot).

Today I kicked solo! Been a while. B4 the session I watched Yves Kreil from '04. I sat down and wrote down some cool stuff to hit. I ended up with moves out of osis.

I stretched for 15 minutes b4hand. Putting ur foot on something waist high and stretching in an atomic set position has always been good to me for having a better session. It makes my leg go higher and hit more moves.
Also, 100 pushups and some backbend practice.

I hit:
pixie op osis>diving clp
pixie op osis>diving butter 3BS - Super fun. I want to throw in strings
pixie op osis>gyro mirage 3BS - ZOOMY
pixie op osis>drifter 3BS - FUN and easy
pixie op osis>blurry whirl 2BS

My Ipod ear bud wire is jacked at the base, and one of the buds doesn't work unless u hold tie it in a knot and then it moves and is fux all over again, I'll get some others, but for now I finally taped it up, and was good for my session without crackle.
