I like the term "Fearless 55." By adding in the word "pattern" after it, it becomes a generalized statement, because the phrasing of the words themselves reflect the description/showmanship of the product before the user(s) looking at it. Richie can coin "Fearless 55" however he wants, but I did not make any mention in my description that I own or coined the term "Fearless 55."

I still think "Fearless 55 pattern" sounds way better than "radiation gobstopper."

However Richie did and therein lies the problem. I doubt he'll say anything but i just wanted to point out the potential issue.

by saying fearless 55 (which Richie 'owns') in reference to the pattern, wouldn't that in essence be giving Richie credit for creating the pattern? Also, nobody knows what a radiation gobstopper is (well, I do now).

when one says

that means (to me)

"I used the same pattern as the Fearless 55."

and is very different from

"I made a Fearless 55."

at this point, the only problem is, Waylon said,

the comma fucks it all up. because the fearless 55 is indeed a "patterned 32", in a sense. So, waylon, remove that comma, and you're totally in the right. the comma adds to confyuzhin!!!

I don't mind at all. The Fearless 55 is my baby, but the design is for all to use and calling it a Fearless 55 describes the color combo and weight. Hope this helps, Richard Abshire

New to footbagging, still working on my kicks

...but the idea of making a footbag intrigued me

Here's the first footbag i've ever made as of yesterday. It's not even a real footbag haha, just a practice run i did with an old shirt. I wanted to fiddle with the pattern generator but it's broken so i just found a 32-panel pattern on the forums here and used that. I think i printed the template out too small though because it ended up being WAY smaller than i anticipated...i was definitely aiming for slightly larger than a golfball. Using a t-shirt it was difficult to tell how consistent my gather was

Making a 32-panel was definitely easier than i thought once i understood everything. I must have read through the instructions thread like 5 times though and watched dat's video a bunch

Much thanks to everyone who contributed to the instructions thread, it helped a lot!

That T-shirt bag looks like you have tons of potential, keep it up!

I decided that I would try to make another bag, and half way through I realized "Wait, I saw Hania stitch at worlds, I'll try what her technique was"...Well, one half, my first half, looks normal, and the "hania-half", well, I need alot more experience....Either way, the Hania-half went about twice as fast, so I hope that once I master it, I could maybe do bags entirely twice as fast...

heres my second 12 panel, purple something and atlantis. its realy small, but that was on purpose. i used my 32 pent template and gathered as much as i usually do. its a sweet key chain sized footbag.

these new bags look like..."different" compared to your old ones! Even tho I'm not a fan of big footbags, I have to admit, that this one looks really good!!!
