i guess i didnt work soo soo hard but still alot i have covered already.
alot of thanks to Andrew and Erik though. they just say what i should do and i just do it like nike. i will for sure hit Blurtigo next shres . everytime i doo stepping ducking its always neck high or even higher. plus as you say my drifters arent bad soo should be possible. blurtigo sounds sooo cool. mos def one of my favorite trick names. blurtigo bsos sound beautiful.

Yeah 3Â½ hour solo sessions is what made the pro go pro even though there are no reals pros.

You are so good already Manna! Keep up the hard work!

I don't think blurry / furious is only pdx but also just far.
Props for whirling/blazing and for GAUNTLET!!!

As for blazing, blurry, and furious, Kevin's right -- they're all technically paradox. I pushed a bad habit of changing blurry's meaning to stepping far. Someone actually called me on that on one of my YouTube videos 'cause I always say "blurry reverse whirl", which technically doesn't exist. Otherwise they would be whirling, stepping, and high-stepping (non-paradox "furious"). I say "blurry" for "stepping far", though, because you know what I mean, you know it's not paradox, and it's easier to say.

Judging from that Stepping is only same side and blurry is (OP SIDE PDX) which is kinda hard to interpret.
And futher down that page:

# Blazing CLIP > OP IN [DEX] > (OP SIDE)
So I don't know if your wrong Erik.

I think it makes more sense to say blurry/blazing is both pdx and far since people can tell/knows what tricks are pdx and which are not but people can't know if stepping butterfly is sidewalk or ripwalk.

I've always thought it interesting that the set>pdx or set>far, however you believe it is, is named after the pdx mirage version of the trick.
For instance,
stepping pdx mirage--blur--blurry
barraging pdx mirage--fury--furious
whirling pdx mirage--blaze--blazing

just an interesting observation while not being able to fall asleep last night.

But doesn't butterfly / infinity make less sense than blurry being far and pdx?
stepping/blurry would solve it for so many tricks that doesn't get new names when being far/ss.

What about blurriest and blurrier?

i try my bes not to care about move names of the dex count.
i just keep the simple stuff in my head. it usually if i dont care to much i play alot better.

i didnt shred today. im alittle sick. i have asmah and its been acting up.
i played inside my house for about 30 min in my new q3. i dont wanna throw out my lavers though. i really wanted to get rid of them but now i look back and i look at my lavers and all i want to do is shred with them. i think i will just buy shoe gooo. for may lavers till they are really not shreddable anymore. they really have been there for good times and bad times . i plan not to buuy many footbag shoes. i wanna see how long i can play in my lavers for. i hope another 2 years or somthing. my q3 i will just us when i dont really wanna shred hard or somthing.

buy readers digest. i am in it for the 10th anny of hackrifice and you can see some good old canadian footbag love. im pertty stoked that my face is in a famous magazine all over canada. Joel aka the founder of hackrifice told me that im in it already but when i went to seven eleven they had no more copies. i went all over looking for it and they said i have to wait till tmrw. joel also said he will get me some air time on the t.vooo soo that should be dope. i guess i will have to do a demo on t.v and tell them about the club and our tourney next week. im alittle scared cuz im a pretty shy guy when it comes to the camera especially with all of the city watching. i hope Joel asked Andrew to soo if i mess up someone can follow through. ioel will call me tmrw if we will be on the t.voo thursday or not. wish me luck .

one more week till hackrifice. there is soo many emotion running through my head.im kinda scared and im kinda exited and kinda sad since Erik will be missing the 10 th anny. plus im alittle scared to compete. all the other inter ppl keep saying im gonna win, but that puts alot of pressure on me. plus ppl will be watching me. i can only hope for the best. im kinda scared to meet everyone to, i dont know why but its wierd. i talk to the ppl online alot and then next week i will meet them... in person. wierd.

shred,,, i cant shred do to me being sick. i have been sick since monday. i hope im not sick at hackrifice.

. i tryed to play yesterday in my q3 but i wasnt feeling it. i kept dropping on really easy stuff for me i would do dimwalk then to ripwalk and i was stutering while i was doing ripwalk. ripwalk is one of the easiest tricks for me and i dont know way i was messing up on them.i tryed pdx torque and it just want going. pdx torque is alot easier for me for some reason. i dont know if it was because of the shoe or that im just sick. everything was sloppy, and all over the place..... i think im even more sick now. i have a fever and my lungs hurt. not very fun... i dont know if i will shred tmrw with jess and Andrew. last week Andrew was the sick one now the table have turned. last winter i think Erik was sick for one week then i andrew was sick and then the following week i was sick. it was super wierd how that happen. my right leg is swolen right now.... i dont know what even happen to it. its really wierd. plus it keeps pusing. its behind my right leg. soo right now im sick, i cant shred and im all gimped up with a swollen leg that keeps pusing. not very fun.. i wanna shred shred soo bnad but i dont know if i can. i will probably still shred with jess and andrew tmrw.. i usually still come to shred even if im sick. what if the think behind my legn nee is a spider bit.

101 shred .

yesterdayyyy kicked with Andrew for a couple hours. really really fun sesssion. jess came out but she didnt shred since shes a little sick or somthing like that. she came to get some tickets and some posters to post up for the tourney that is less than a week away. Andrew gave me some at the end on the session to hand oout to friends and some family. the posters i will hang at school tmrw. things are abit different from last years hackrifice...... on nnn to the shred part, not my best session but still super fun for both of us. i was playing in my quantums and i was having such a hard time. i was playing really sloppy. its super annoying to play in new shoes. my lavers are all worked in and my feet feel in control. i think i will still to lavers to alittle bit...Andrew said to stick to my lavers and just switch after the tourney just soo i dont look sloppy and soo i have a better chance at first.... back to shred . Andrew was playing aight he footed alpine foodprosser first try. we had a race to who could hit riptide first. he hit it first but we had a race to who can hit it on there good side..... i won that one. it was getting dark soo we moved to a place with lots of lights. it wasnt bad shredding there but still alittle hard to see the bag. we did are routines, i did it with only one drop! yay i hope i can do that again with lots of ppl watching. Andrew did his routine to but i dont think he was feeling it . im sure he will do better on stage though. at the end on the session i pull out soo granola bars and guess what?... we end up shredding with it. we were only able to do fearless stuff with it and footed a couple 6 add tricks. me and andrew were laughing soo much haha. he hit ripped warrior and soo much other stuff but i cant remember. i hit ducking butterfly and mullet... andrew said the mullet was the though. i cant remember other stuff we hit but it was prett cool to try and shred with a granola bar. we will have to try this at hackrifice hahha. then shred was over..... we talked about the tourney alittle but and Andrew got us some hot choclate, fanks Andrew haha. then got a ride home and when i got home i past out till now.

manna looks like hes not gonna be shredding for awhile, his leg is swollen, infected and just not looking good. which means he might not be able to compete at hackrifice nor shred with the out of towners.

im not really having any fun right now.... my leg is infected i cant go to school beacause it hurts soo much that i cant even walk, or atleast walk with a very bad limp. plus i have these antibiotics that i got yesterday and they give me a bad headache. i have also not shredded since last saturday do to the swelling and all the pus that is inside which makes is ache even more. im hopeing for a miracle by hackrifice. i already told Andrew that i can not go on t.v with my leg all messed up. this years hackrifice is looking really shitty for me right now, seeing everyone shredding.... but me.

since i have to stay home i have been watching some videoss to keep the pain from bothering me anymore than it already is.... i have been watching alot of Takumi..... soo sick. i love his style and is just to smooth.
i remember watching this video the week before i went to the first hackrifice session i ever went to. Ken really taught Takumi well hehe. spp sick. if i had to switch my style to anyone it would Takumi's hand down.

I'm sure me, Andrew, and anyone who knows how to sew will be stitching some bags this weekend. If you can't kick, you can stitch or watch people stitch.

Keep your chin up, and rest well. Injury is the hardest thing any athlete has to go through, especially if it stops you from actively participating in a tournament or competition. However, it's important, if not necessary, to keep and maintain your body healthy at all times - even during R&R.
