Quantum 03's came today. Had a little 10 minute kick session with them to help break them in. It's crazy going to shoes that actually fit you from a half size to big laver. They look so weird when you first put them on, but they are starting to feel better. Can't wait till the blister on my footsy goes away and i can really break those bad boys in.

I walked from Cale's house yesterday with Dallas and him. It was a 13 mile trip, the most I've ever walked at one time. Ever. We stopped a lot and shredded though. A long time ago i was told by someone that i would be throwing torques and dynos like crazy eventually. That premonition is coming true. Torque is one of my favorite moves now, and i love throwing it, especially after a dyno, or before a dyno. I'm starting to throw little tripless links into my shred, which feels awesome. Things like Ripwalk>Torque>Dyno>Barfly, or Dyno>Torque>Far Symp rev Whirl and stuff like that. I can;t wait to see where my game will be in a couple weeks.

School starts tomorrow. I have mixed feelings about it. I guess i'll just go with it.

we should play asap after i get back from the coast, i want to see you play in your q's. i hope you know how lucky you are to be able to play in those. sigh.....

im playing a little bit here haha. my lavers got all sandy though, so its hard to do. my fip stepping is getting a bit better, which im glad about. i dunno why im putting this in your blog haha. well, ill see you when i get back.

i miss you... i have no one to keep me warm at night in my cabin. i long for nothing more than those muscular thighs and tender calves of yours...

Hey dude! Yeah we should most def hang out when you get back.

The quantums are off the hook, going a half size lower was a delectable choice. They fit so much better then my lavers.

I'm really sorry about what happened with your quantums. I know how much you were looking forward to them. But hey, you move on to better things (all white lavers perhaps?) plus you got an awesome pair of soles.

School Isn't hot. This whole week I've been in a kind of depression, the pressure of school combined with the missing of someone whose name starts with a C, and someone who's name starts with a Z, has been getting me down. But it's always fun to hang with Dallas and Buck, so thats a plus.

I won't complain anymore here, so maybe i can talk to you about it when you get back.

FOOTBAG

Had a session today. Had to get away from real life for a while. Everything felt really good. Lots of shuffle, which i always love doing.

Hit:

 Gravedigger!

Felt awesome, my stepping set has finally done that "clicking" action, so I'm going to be throwing stepping a lot more now. Hooray! Downtime double downs are working super consistent now as well.

Alright, thats it for now. Will talk to y'all later, peace.

PS: Hahaha Cale, love ya to bro. You'll be with me again soon enough. Stay strong.

Had a session today. First one in three days due to my left ankle hurting a lot every time i cranked, but it was feeling good today, so i decided to pull out the camera and film my sesh. Boy golly gee was i glad i did that. Here's the result of that filming.

Pretty much everything in this video is a highlight. All the drifter stuff towards the end is new.

I was literally gasping for air after that 44 contact run.

Hope you enjoy it.

Dude!
Your DSOs look so damn effortless. Also I liked how you throw in barflies in your runs. The drifter and torque stuff is coming along great.
It pains me to look at this vid and think of your progress compared with mine :) .

Thanks everyone for the super positive feedback! It really does a lot for me when people respond like that to my videos, so thanks again for that! :D

Had a great session at the local tennis courts today, it was only like forty minutes, but it was forty minutes of awesomeness. Worked on cleaning up torques, and throwing quantum. Hit toe blur b2b, i was really happy about that, because now i'm starting to be able to throw all the regular toe sets midstring. My goal of having fairy, pixie, atomic, and quantum sets usable has been realized. I also got some flip nuclear sets, which i'm usually afraid to try because i don't want to kill my knee, but my thigh on that leg is strong enough now that i can power it through the dex without hurting my knee, so that was cool.

So yeah, footbag is becoming awesome. Cale is also making very visible improvement, which makes me really happy to see.

Had a session with Cale yesterday. Worked some weird/unused concepts like bent and guays. Hit some cool stuff like blurry bent, and symp bent, and far bent b2b. I hit Gyro guay bsos, and i think I'm going to try and start doing ducking and diving variations of them. There was one big highlight throughout the sessiojn, which i didn't think i would have hit yet, but i hit it.

Highlight

 Ripped Warrior

It twas good. Nice high step, not to hunchy duck, felt really good.

I had a session today, hit some good stuff, but was reminded that footbag can screw with people.

Anyways, here are the highlights.

Pdx Whirl>Whirr BSOS

lonnnnggg Ducking/Diving runs

Symp Blazing Legover

lots and lots of stepping stuff. The set has finally clicked and is working very consistently. Blurry tricks here i come

Pixie SS Swirl BS

Pixie SS Rev Swirl on strongside

Fairy Monster!

I am most proud of Pdx Whirl>Whirr bsos. It was the first time I've hit a clean flip whirr, and I just couldn't believe it.

I would love to write more about my life, I have a lot of things in my head right now i would like to vent out, but my computer is being retarded lately, and I'd rather not spend multiple hours writing a blog post.

So I'll see all you guys later. If you care to, leave a comment. I would like that.

Thanks for the comment Matt! Blinks are indeed awesome.

I reformatted my computer last night. I knew i would have to do it eventually, my internet was craping out, and it was periodically freezing. Now it runs faster then ever, and I switched to Google Chrome from Firefox, and i love it.

Anyways, something is happening that's scaring me. My left ankle is starting to hurt whenever i crank, and the pain wont go away. A week ago it was like this, and i rested it for a couple days. One session it was fine, but the pain keeps coming back. Adding on top of my knee getting banged up in a longboarding spill (nothing serious, just an epic scrape) I'm feeling a bit disconcerted.

Though I haven't been completely without footbag, i just had a little 10 minute session in my bedroom devoted entirely to hitting monsters. Heres the tiny little vid.

But yeah, thats basically whats going on with footbag right now.

Everything else is going ok i guess, though life isn't entirely without it's problems.

ok, well it turns out I'm NOT going to Portland tomorrow. Oh well.

I talked to my Dad about going to NYJ last night, and i was basically told that if i could raise the money, i could go. So I've started stitching a little more and trying to sell the bags at school. I might try to sell them on here, but we'll see.

Life is pretty somber right now. Not feeling really happy, but not feeling really sad, just kinda feeling nothing.
