This is kind of stupid, and kind of cool at the same time. This video actually made it onto MTV, back in like 1995. One of the guys on the video, Brandon Kennedy, his mom used to babysit me when I was a wee lad. Please note the fact that this was made before free running/parkour was as big of a sport as it is now, so don't think they tried to just steal the idea.

Oh, and the guys in here were like one of the first people with the concept to create "Soap" shoes (the ones with grinding plates on the bottom).

Man, trip down memory lane. I remember seeing that on MTV when it first aired, back when I was into BMX & skateboarding. I remember lots of joking about freestyle walking in our little group.
The part where they run up & slide against the walls is hilarious. A couple of the tricks looked cool though.

I was in a freestyle walking video around 2001 that was submitted to a film contest for some snowboarding company. It actually made it pretty far.
the worst part was where I tried to invent freestyle canning, sat in a garbage can at the top of the school bleachers, and rolled down messing up my body and covering my entire face in blood
