It just occurred to me that I am the "other shredmontoner".

I don't really have any huge preference for where to stay, but Andrew, I guess your place would be great?

You've got a DVD player, right?

Just wanted to give another thanks to the Hackrifice crew for an unforgettable, fucking awesome weekend! I was looking forward to this event for an entire year, and was not let down the least! Thank you so much Andrew for all the taxi'ing you did for us, the generosity and hospitality you and your family provided for us while we stayed, and for having the patience for putting up with twenty footbaggers who can't make decisions  .

Again, thank you Hackrifice!

Very big thank you to Andrew and Erik for all they did for the event and driving people around. Was very much appreciated. Another big thanks to their parents as well for food and hosting people.

Great tournament all round, great finals venue.

Best part was shredding at the finals venue on stage after the event.
Worst part was all the mosquito bites I endured (not much Hackrifice can do their for next year). I will bring my bug spray!

I would like to thank all the Winnipegers for the greatest footbag event ever!

BIG THANKS GOES OUT TO:
Andrew T. Grant and his super nice family! His mom was going to pick me up, but my flight arrangements got changed. Also to Andrew for all the fun we had Thursday night. It was really a blast.

Erik Chan and his family! Super nice, really selfless and super friendly. Thank you Erik for letting us crash at your place and for all the food, driving and fun.

Derek Vandall and his NEW CAR (Price is Right voice) Thank you Derek for all the hospitality, driving and fun! It is great to know you. Nuclear blender!? WTF!!? On command first try........

Joel Dion For founding Hackrifice and for being a super nice guy who let a bunch of freestylers run amok on his net courts! 5 on 5? WTF?

Manna Yum Yum Peppo Just for being Manna. You are a great talent and super cool guy. I am so glad that I got to know you a little more. Keep up the amazing progress! Franken-What? Franken what? Fuck, I'll just say it. FRANKENSTEIN BITCHES!!!

Also to everyone who made it. You all have had a great influence on my outlook for life. Footbag really is the shit. Great game, great people and when they are put together like we were this weekend, it always results in the best of times.

LONG LIVE THE FOOTBAG FAMILY!!!

I will make a blog post some day soon with pics and maybe even a few imbedded youtube vids.

THANK YOU HACKRIFICE!!! It was truly one of the best weekends of my life.

...feed shockolate to your babies and make them kick abnormally good.
they'll kick as good as CZECHS!
They'll dex as fast as CZECHS!
People will see them playing and think they are CZECHS!
And they will shred against real CZECHS!
and it'll be a tie and they'll get deported back to CZECHOSLOVAKIAAAAA!

Thanks to every one who came out,
joel for helping organize and call the media,
erik and fam for housing tons of people,
derek for playing chaufeur,
will for MCing and allowing us to party at his place afterwards,
manna and byrin for helping with footbag 101,
fibi and steve for providing beats,
and kevin for being head judge.
with out all those people helping out it wouldn't have happened.

Wow that turned out wicked, Kevin!
Thanks for making it :)

Hackrifice was freakin amazing!

To all of you who could have made it but chose not to - srsly bad choice, broski. Best tournament I've had the pleasure of attending - and 2004 World's in Montreal was one of the best parts of my life to date. Thank god I live here otherwise I would have missed Hackrifice 10 like a scrub. That's right, I just called you a scrub. Whatchoo gonna do about it? Start saving for Hackrifice 11 maybe? mmhmmm
