hello everyone. unfortunately, yes i was a little late sending him a bag due to moving out of my house and other orders, i admit to that. but i did send it, and unfortunately, postal service is not 100 % reliable. therefore, it is my theory, that since i sent out the bag he purchased, and never got it, it must have been lost in the mail. please do not consider this an example of how i work, for it is the furthest from the truth. if you have any concerns about my bags or service, ask other people who have ordered from me, there have never been any other major problems like this. bobrifleman, i will send you out another bag, but you have to realize, after i ship it, it is out of my hands. your post was rash and offensive, and may have cost me business. please dont do that again.
