Did you try the footbag.org search function for amsterdam?
There a few footbagger listed, but I dont know if there are still active.

I'm studying in venlo, near the border to germany. But I have no time and its to far.

I think mitko(should be his name on modified) studies in den haag, which is more close to amsterdam.

btw have a nice week in amsterdam, I love amsterdam. Its one of my fav cities in europe.
