Hey sorry guys.
Things got super complicated.
I'm back in Winnipeg now. I'm sorry we didn't get a chance for farewell shred or beer, but next year for sure in Berlin, and maybe I will swing down your way after!

hey folks - more bad news :(

we will have to postpone the bbq this weekend.

I'm super-busy at the moment with work and stuff, and there's so many
things that need to be done.

Daryl, I hope your hand is ok!

Erik, too bad we couldn't meet again! I'm sure we will see each other
again though. I hope you're ok and I'm glad the hackrifice tournament has got you back. It was a pleasure to see you (and Tuan!) shred.

I hope I'll be able to shred on a more regular basis this winter. do we still
have the gym opportunity?
right now there is so much to learn (i started my apprenticeship as an examined patent law office clerk) and so little time for my family, and even less time for footbag.

Although my hands and knees are almost back to normal, i still wont make it today - its my moms b-day .

This week i would like to play on friday, but i dont know yet, if its possible...

As for all future indoor shred wednesdays, i would like to know what time suits yall best -
i suggest 20:30, because after that time the entrance fee is significantly
lower .
Since i will be at Olybad at least twice a week for the next 5-6 months,
i dont feel like spending more money than i have to

That said, if the majority decides that they want to meet around 19:00
for example, i wont make a fuss either...

See yall next week, on wednesday, at ....?

peace

I think 20:30 is a great time.
So I have enough time to do my homework after school.

Now I´m in school again and so far it´s okay and "easy", but this will chance soon enough!
English is going to be really challenging, also math. But I think I will do this.

And I apply for a job in a 24h dvdshop, its a 400 € job. I hope they take me.

I have a flu, its not that bad but really annoying.

So thats all, hope to see you guys next wednesday!

sounds all great! good luck with the DVD store, Bea! and be sure to sneak some BOTS and THE MOVE discs in for sale! :-)

I'm at work right now (big demo on tuesday), but I need some distraction afterwards! what about shred this evening or tomorrow during daylight?!

20:30's no good.

Do we still have the option at Grafinger Str. on monday?
I might make it there from time to time.

Yo ! I am very happy to reconvene with all you funked out athletes tonite -
the last coupla weeks have been, among other happier things, quite intense,
if not stressful , thus the lack of of playing and posting .

Lets kick some bag, and if you were down for a drink or two afterwards,
i'd be delighted :D

see ya at Oly round half past 8,

Wednesday Shred

Bea and me had a fun sesson yesterday. Although both of us had a kind of a "long" break,
neither of us has lost his/her touch - of course, there were some
endurance issues, but all the tricks were on .

Taking to heart what Szymom told me once, i tried to to most moves/concept
at least once on both sides, i went thru a lot of stuff, the only
two that i missed must have been gyro and diving .

Bea was doing and playing well - long warm up, good runs, and no
harsh whirls .
We made a pact do drill stepping next time, i really look 4ward to that
- her stepping is killer .

My highlights, tho far from new , were tap>atomic legover bsos first try,
tapping leg>para bs, a run with 4 double dexes ( para bs, dso, datw),
atom>park>barfly, legbeater>rip>symple swirl, and blurriest first try .

My legs felt so good - some times the overall "lightness" of shred related
phenomena seems to increase thru not playing.

yar, i had to take a month long break when i broke my toe. the first session i had after that was for sure the first session where my legs felt completely in control, everything felt so smoothe.
