Going to New York 18-24 October

Post by kidzanshin »

I will be going to New York from the 18-24 October, just for a holiday

I was wondering if there would be a chance of meeting up with any players for a session

Being self taught and having no other players remotely close I would hate to miss the opportunity!

Let me know

Cheers :D

The NYFA usually gets together on Saturday afternoons. I think there is going to be a social activity the evening of oct. 18th involving a number of footbagers but i'm not sure what. You would be more then welcome to join us for festivities after the shred.

I think we can arrange a Sunday afternoon session, but it really depends on how the weather is like then.

Good to hear that you're coming to NYC, Matt. :)

Matt, sorry about today. A lot of things got mixed up amongst the group on who would inform you where and when we would be playing. On the weekends we play at Washington Square Park in the afternoon, but for the weekdays Union Square Plaza is the place to be - around noon or 4-5:30pm.

For myself, Tuesday and Thursdays would be perfect me, but I may be busy with some paperwork from college. If you have any internet connection or a cellphone that you're using, PM me so that we can accomodate you better into our fair city. :)
