Canada / US Tour

Post by Laroche »

Hey guys,

In a few weeks (exact date pending), I'll be helping someone move to Vancouver from Montreal, by car. For the not-so-geographically inclined (ie: Random Americans), that means a giant trip in which I'll be stopping by some of the major cities along the way.

I THINK the plan is to go across after we hit Toronto, so I'm assuming I'll be hitting the top part of the states. Also, there's already plans to hit Edmonton and Calgary, I think.

Also, this may be filmed, and if it is, there's going to be a SWEET video made from it.

So all footbaggers who may be on this path please let me know so I can try and plan my stops and detours. We're gonna take about 5 days, so I can't veer too far off the beaten path, but we have the liberty of moving around quite a bit.

Hope to see you guys soon, and I'll update this with more info as I get it.

well, minneapolis/st. paul isnt TOO far from the border, and if you're planning on crossing into the US after toronto, its actually on the way as you head west. being as i'm the only one here (that i know of, i tried contacting people on .org but to no avail), maybe a small session of sorts before you passed by? would be sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

oh yeah, you could swing through here on your way to winnipeg

Camille doesn't get too many calls (no friends) so I think she's glorifying our "Friendship" a little much... :D

I'll be in Toronto quite a bit actually, from what I can tell. Mainly work stuff, but I'll have time to chill for sure. I'll keep you guys posted for sure.

Regarding the canada/us tour, it is 100% going to happen, but the person I'm helping to move needs to find someone to sublet the apartment first.

Hey if you're going stateside anytime near Montreal, have a stop in to Burlington, Vermont. I'd be happy to play any day you happen to pass through!

OK so this "in a few weeks" is turning more in to "a couple months".... worst case scenario, probably in January.

But hey, it's fun to plan things in advance, and this is for sure going to happen.

aaw man, every one knows that saying "this is going to happen" is a sure sign that it's never going to happen. I'm sorry to hear that this is never going to happen...

When you are in Vancouver PM Me and I will pass you my phone number/contact information and we can organize a shred.
