Dood I would've killed to go to a 90's sp concert, especially during the Mellon Collie era. But I was only like 5 or 6 then :? With them reuniting last year (kind of) and everything, I've just been going crazy to go to a concert, especially because of the whole 20 year anniversary deal.

So me and my friends were kicking at school today, and one of the gym teachers came up to us with a footbag vhs tape :D Apparently they have large stacks of 20 year old workout videos in their office, and one of them was "Footbag Basics: Just for Kicks." So I took it home and watched it. It was possibly the worst video ever :P Hilarious, though. I think by the end of the year I might consider "accidentally keeping" it :!: No one will probably use it. I would buy it from worldfootbag.com if they still sold copies. Looks like my evil side is coming out

Hah, I totally forgot. Marching band season is finally starting to end, so my weekends and stuff will start to free up. Hopefully soon.

I had a pretty good session today. I've been doing kind of a training program, and right now I'm schooling datw (out-in), whirl, infinity, ripwalk, clip>osis>rpt, and xbd rakes. I'm only on like the third day of it. I don't think I can take days off inbetween sessions. I just like playing as much as I can.

But anyways, my strings are getting shorter, but my trick repertoire is slowly growing bigger, which is making shredding more fun.

Uh, yeah.

I wrote a song today called "Divide and Conquer." It was based off a poem I did in english class today (when I was supposed to be working). It's kind of weird. It's almost like a Radiohead song in some ways. I still have to work on it more.

I haven't played in awhile because my ankle has been bothering me.

My momz scheduling me a doctorz appointment so someone can look at my ankle. I've also been having problems with my arches, so I'll have him/her do something about that too.

Damn, I would, but I have to work from like 12pm to 8pm that day. That's no fun. They usually make me work the weekend because I'm so busy during the week. However, I'm not working that Sunday. Oh, and because of the Smashing Pumpkins concert in like two weeks, I requested that entire weekend off, which would be the 22nd and the 23rd, so I can shred then, unless it's too cold or whatever.

On the upside, I'm planning on going to UIC next year, so if I get accepted, I'll be able to kick with you guys all the time :D (or at least most of the time)

Apparently I turned my friend's girlfriend away from Christianity or something. I'm not sure what to think about this. I guess she was kind of suprised that an athiest could be anti-abortion or whatever. Well, not completely, but I don't agree with partial birth abortions (I don't see how anyone could) and I don't agree with too much federal government involvement. But the weird thing was, I thought that she had the same views as me, but it turned out to be the opposite (yeah, I found that out today). So what I viewed as a friendly discussion of views might have been me taking over an arguement in a hostile-like manner and being completely ignorant to the fact. Oops. I guess it happens :?: I'm just kind of confused.

Foot doctor appointment on thursday.

I'm sure you didn't change her mind. She changed it herself after hearing what you said. She was ready for the red pill.

Back from the foot doctor. I've got a teensy weensy tear in an ankle ligament, and it needs a little rest. And my arches are fine, but I'm getting orthodics anyways, because I've got some strange bone structural problem that isn't a problem now, but may be when I get older. So that's basically it.

Session at navy pier with the cic guys yesterday. I hadn't played in like 2 weeks because of my stupid ankle, so my strings sucked. I think the most I got trying my standard guiltless strings was like 10 tricks. I hit ps mirage for the first time, finally. I also tried to get level 7 triforce drill, but I always mess that up. The most I've got for that is 6. I was also trying bigger tricks later on once we got kicked out of our original spot. Well, we basically kicked ourselves out of the spot, because they were letting us play but not film because they're jerks. So we found a different place where they wouldn't look, but the drawback was it was a small room with kind of a slope going like 2 or 3 feet away from the door. But it wasn't that bad. It worked. Some of the tricks I remember trying were mullet, whirling swirl, tatw, and bedwetter, all of which I felt like I was really close to hitting. I also felt like I was being more social compared to the last times I've played with other freestylers. I guess that once I start knowing people better I talk more, because I don't want to risk sounding like an idiot infront of people I hardly know. I guess I'd rather not make an impression on people than make a bad one. So yeah, that's my story. I'm sure more happened that day, but I just woke up and can't remember everything.

I really want to play today. I've taken about two weeks off for my ankle, and now I finally feel like I can get back on the horse, but I have cashier training from 4:30-10:30 from monday till thursday. That's only this week fortunately. But I have such an urge to kick. And to go to sleep on time tonight. Friday's going to be so awesome; I can't wait until this is all over.
