Soooo, I'm going to court. Got the summons about a week and a half ago. This whole situation stinks like a pile of doo-doo. If you read the actual report the officer wrote it's absolutely crazy. It sounds as if its a joke. How could anyone go to court from it. It goes something like this:
I came across the white 16 year old male at 12:02 a.m. near the football field at Thomas Worthington High School. He was drinking from the water fountain. Yada yada yada.
Anyways, that whole sitch smells, but everything else is cool. I've been longboarding and playing ultimate frisbee a lot recently, and i got my license about two weeks ago which makes hanging with my girlfriend much easier. She's had her license for a while and has her own car so she has to pay for gas so I always felt bad suggesting we go places where we had to drive a lot, but I don't have my own car, which means I don't pay for gas, which means we drive all over the place now! I've also been longboarding and playing a lot of ultimate/just throwing the disc around. I also got texting a bit ago on my cell phone which is pretty nifty. I don't mow much now since the grass grows so slow, so even though I got no money coming in, it's nice not having to mow all the time.
School's coming up soon, and while I'm not looking forward to it, I've kinda come to peace with the idea. Being a junior will definitely be very nice. There have been a lot of really dumb changes at the school last year and more coming this y
In between all of this I've found time to footbag, not too much, but in the last week a lot more. My two pairs of Quantums came yesterday and i absolutely love them. I lost my Quantum 2s back in June and have been playing unhappily in lavers. I still get twinges of pain in my toe and bit more recently and it's been kinda disturbing. I'm kinda scared my injury will come back, but I've been taking it easy and started doing my old Physical Therapy exercises recently.

Don't be surprised if that summons never comes. The cop probably just wanted to scare you after he failed at getting you in trouble with your Mom. Props to her for not giving a shit about dumb-ass laws and dick cops with nothing better to do.

1. Ultimate, I've been playing ultimate 5-6 times a week. I play most days after school, pick up with friends, and every sunday I play two league games at a local park with some serious players. It's such a great sport and playing with other good players is really exciting. Me and some friends are going to start a club team for my high school this spring and play against other club teams.
3. Electricity. Of which I had no And I usually play in my basement and I didn't feel like playing outside during that time. Hurriance Ike really fucked us up. In central Ohio apparently 300,000 people lost power. I was one of them. At least 3 1/2 days of school were canceled though and i got my one last taste of summer.

The lady there was cool and pretty much said that the cop was an asshole for writin me up. She threw the criminal trespassing charge out the window and was apologetic when she told me since I was at court and she had a curfew violation in front of her, she had to punish me, so I gotta write a 5 page paper on why curfew laws exist.

Worthington cops are making quite a bit of people I know angry recently. Wish there was actually some sort of crime here so they don't have to resort to tormenting kids.
Anyways, I've been rearranging my basement over the weekend. So, hopefully I can get myself down there to get some practice going. We might have to hang out sometime in the future.
