1 hour sess with new shoes in the morning

was'nt as hard as my last pair to adapt, still need breaking in.

managed atomsmasher bsos with high sets, footed whirling swirl again as well.

My good shoes are still in good shape, but I want more grip.

a lot more atomsmashers midstring
atomsmasher b2b again
almost atomsmasher - legbeater - blur .. i think if I keep working steps and atomics I will be able to hit rubberman by next summer (realistic goal)

diving whirl midstring as well, I think I understand it now.

otherwise a very unconsistent session, but I had some worthy highlights on video I think

1hour sess in the morning

a bit of atomic, some work on step

messed around with ducking variations of osis, trying ways to link all 8, but pretty hard

I like zulu osis - weaving osis.. but couldnt rpt it...

worked on flip pdx whirls a bit as well, managed to link 4 pdx whirls, i think my old record was 3, i found out how to fix them, but its really demanding because of my left hip

a run with pdx egg and pdx dlo bsos !
atomic ss rev swirl
more atomics midstring, some decent sets, I suck at learning components fast, but its fun to see the progress with time, when it goes too fast you just dont realise the process.

Theres a good thing about being a slow learner!

Nice and nice. As for spinning out of tomahawk, have you tried slowing down the link? Like, don't rush the spin. Hit the tomahawk....and THEN spin. For me when I can't spin out of a whirl trick it's usually because I'm rushing it, and starting the spin before the whirl is solidly hit.

See you at NYJ in a few weeks.

thanks for the tips Ken, I'll try tomorrow

today had a sess with Mathieu and Samuel

I hit far double pickup
7 contacts of dimwalk - pdx dlo - rpt .. at 5-6ish contact I felt like what it was to see Seb hit stuff like that, it was so rewarding.

other then that it was a fun session

need to re-learn every stall, I set the bag while stalling

need to stall and then set, because I don't do this right, I loose a lot of bag air-time and everything becomes harder (one of the reasons I suck at stepping set)

first sess I worked on clipper stalls, Seb gave me a really good advice to work harder on infinitys, and by setting higher and exagerating the butterfly, it already helped a lot.

I hit some stepping tricks midstring with better sets, also had one shoulder height set (lucky)

I'll do so much more butterflys now, it's so fun
