I watched all those sick1, sick3 and big link videos and I must say that all of them had some horrible executions. I didn't see a single clean surging set and most of that stuff seemed to be way too high for the players level anyway.

And all I see here is "wow great stuff". Are you guys blind or affraid of calling the and pointing out flaws?

I understand if you want to film something to get props on Modified, since it's so easy here. But why don't you keep the level on something you can actually do with ease and make it worth watching? If you spend an hour in front of the camera failing miserably over and over untill you fluke it, is it really worth it?

What the fuck? So you couldn't bother to elaborate anymore and just wrote that sentence. Or did you recognise yourself from my text and wanted to get back at me, but didn't know what to say because you knew it's all true?
Don't you care about the future of the sport or don't give a shit about the communal regulations of your hobby?

Not really.

Hobby.. you said it. If you're going to get all upset about a video that someone else posts, then you should maybe find a new hobby.

Thanks all for comments and criticism.

To Anz: I don`t really understand your position.

If i playing in footbag about 1 or 2 year, and the easy trick for me is .. double leg over for example? Is not interesting for everybody, and no one will be watching the film with that kind of tricks. But if you doing something something really good, this is the absolutely different feelings.
I also not welcome the dirty tricks, but not everybody can be perfect. Steel for russian players it`s very good achievement.

I'll be honest. I wasn't looking for the flaws, I was just looking to see what trick they did. I was being "blind" to the flaws. Upon watching it a second time I saw the flaws

But I also agree with slavgan. I think one has to strive to achieve. Yes, this can be done through meticulous training and making each trick perfect, but not everyone who plays this sport is like that. Like slavgan said, watching simply a DLO would be kind of boring

I'm with Anz, but I thought a couple of them were pretty good.

Then don't bother replying.

Here's the heart of the problem. Because of modified and the internet community people film tricks out of their level to show off.
If you've been playing for only a couple years, then you should really think about filming anything at all. Actually I'd rather watch DLO's with good execution rather than raked Symp Mirages and pulled Surreals.
When I see lesser tricks with good style I say to myself "OK this kid hasn't been playing for a long time yet, so I must check him out later because he looks promising!"
When I see big tricks with bad style and execution I say to myself "Looks like he's been playing for a few years already, since he's trying to hit big tricks. But that form is horrible and dexes are unclean, so I won't be watching his videos anymore!"
When you make a video featuring many players you give a bigger picture of the country and it's scene. I've only seen two Russian freestylers play live, so I must judge the rest of the scene by videos.

Edit:

Yeah, you're right. I don't care.

I guess I'll just have to think really hard before I give props to links that just can't be learned overnight.
