No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I'm actually surprised that your far symple rev swirl record is only 9. What's the deal with that?

I ate breakfast this morning whilst watching the "Just make sure you slow down, k?" section of the mfj4 vid. I forgot how well you played at that event. You da man cool guy.

Well trut be told I can't remember what a lot of my records are so I just got 9 and said it was my new record! I'm keeping track of all my personal records now though, so I won't be guesstimating anymore :)

So last week I played for a total of 12hrs and 45min. This week I've played for about 6rs so far. My goal is ten hours a week, so I don't think I'll have any problems achieving that this week (probably have a double double sesh tomorrow).

I feel like posting some highlights:

- Pdx Whirling Swirl bsos
- Drifter > Vertigo x 2
- Muted Ducking Pdx Torque > Vertigo
- Pixie Paradon > Bedwetter x 2
- Pixie Paradon > Fog x 2
- Fusion > Bedwetter > Pixie Paradon > Fog bs
- Blade > Blade > run with Tomahawk > Tomahawk, Pdx Torque > Pdx Torque, Spinning Blender bs, Ducking PS Mirage, Mullet and ending on Montage

The last four I was pushing the boundaries on what my shins could handle. Speaking of which, they are pretty good with little discomfort though I'm still avoiding some concepts for the most part (like stepping). Other than that, footbag is still pretty good.

No ( :? ), but I am doing a lot of stretching after my sessions and have increased my protein intake. Slowly but surely...

8hrs of footbag this week so far with one more session tonight with Rory. Productive, though my shins hurt a bit more then they did last week and my right knee started hurting as well. Not badly, but c'mon already  !

Hit two new tricks in the last two weeks - Fracture (my 4th quad dex) and Tomahawk Swirl (which I'll probably never be able to hit again).

Anyways, I've been thinking about making a few videos after my shin pains dwindle away. Been playing around with ideas, and I like what I've been coming up with. Just need to jot down things that I want to get on camera so I know what to work towards.

Also, some new records:

Diving Legover x 11 bs
Ducking Pickup x 26
Ducking Legover x 27 (C'mon for you Rory!)
Smudge x 34
Weaving Mirage x 15
Twirl x 7
Spinning Whirl x 14
Pdx Blender x 9 bs
Food x 3
Pigbeater x 9

I think some of those I could probably improve upon if my heart truely desired too.

Sick. Can't wait for your video. I love watching you play. Be careful with your shins/knee though.

Thanks!

9hrs of footbag this week thus far, with the Friday night YMCA sesh with Rory coming up! I think the highlight of the week was hitting Whirr on my weakside on Wednesday, which is a trick I *never* thought I'd be able to hit on that side. Then yesterday I bsos'd it, which felt even better. Monday I also hit Atomic Motion (Automotion?), which was exciting as well.

Other then that, not too much else to report. Broke some personal and a few world records:

Ducking Legover x 34
Diving Pickup x 17
Spinning Whirl x 17
Tapping Pickup x 33
Atomic Pickup x 20
Pdx Drifter x 13
Predator x 3

Month of November recap.

45hrs and 15mins of footbag.
13hrs of shred, 32hrs of drilling.

The majority of the drilling consisting of pixie sets, DLOs, Eggs, Whirls, Torques, Drifters, and ducking. When my legs felt strong I'd drill stepping and atomic sets, triple dexes, and double downs. On the days when they did not I'd drill double spinning, Rev. Swirls, spinning ducking and toe ducking.

Guess that's about it. On Friday with Rory I tried to play genuine. The best run that Rory counted was 27, and I was really happy with that.

Shin and knee pains have been very low this week, things are looking up!

Some things I hit that I'm happy about:

- 18 contacts of Bed > Dimwalk
- Tomahawk x 17
- Atom Smasher x 28
- Pdx Blender x 10 & 11

Gotta do some Christmas shopping this afternoon, then off to the YMCA to kick with Rory :).

Beyond being a long fearless combo, just props on it being a good string. Bed bsos, and blw-scorp bsos in such a hard combo is awesome. You didn't get it on tape by chance did you?
