I kicked for about an hour yesterday. I've come to the conclusion that I really need to find a good indoor shred place for the winter. My living room won't hack it (no pun intended(gosh, I hate myself for saying no pun intended)).

New outlets recently opened about a half hour away from me. When I heard they had an adidas store I got curious and hopeful. My sister and I did black friday shopping and lo and behold, I got a pair of brand new lavers for $42 
I have to wait unill christmas though to actually start wearing them 
I decided to go a half size smaller this time around to see if my current ones are too big. Soo yay black friday!

Kinda played while at boyscouts tonight. I wondered if my limited symple legover training had helped at all with my DLOs. I hit it second time with what seemed like such ease. But I couldn't get that feeling again. I came pretty close to flip DLO as well. Hit a drifter first try strongside. Came sooooo close to hitting it flipside. I dropped on the hand seal 
I might wanna hold off on doing those though. I believe I'm doing them with bad form. I'll just play with my symple legovers for now

Had my first school bowling match today. We lost pretty badly the first and third games lol.
My first game of the season had suchhh an outstanding score. 107..
... I made up for it kinda though. Second game was 181 and third game was 186. I can't believe I bowled a 107 lol. Bad situation right there.
Current bowling average (as of first match): 158
Edit: here's what would have been online comp entries if there was a novice category. The pdx flail is real thin but I didn't really have time to redo it. And I didnt know at the time

Last year while playing a game of 3 hack whack during lunch I kicked my crochet bag with a 4 leaf clover on it into a a hole in the ceiling that we made days before. Today my friend found the bag in the hallway!!! Some angel of a janitor must have been in the ceiling and found it and took it down. It made my day

Another match. Started out great. The lanes were nearly perfect. Such and such. I ended up screwing myself over lol. But the important thing is that my team won our first game after two seasons of 0-45 The last time we had won was when I was a freshman and didn't get playing time. This is a great thing to end my high school career with even though its only one game lol

Had a little mini session for the purpose of having fun. Didn't have the time or energy to really drill. It was mildly decent. I finally hit flip DATW. Its about freakin time. But then again, I've never really worked towards it. My feet just randomly decided to move better today.
Then I worked on DLO's. Hit a few good ones. It was then that I decided that I'd also conquer eggbeater. This was one of those epic footbag battles that you have with new tricks. My first action involved a really quick set. From reconnaissance involving Anz's Tricks, I also realized that the first dex had to be deeper and closer to the body than what I was doing. I go for it. I freaking go past the bag on the second dex! John- 0, Eggbeater- 1. When I was massively losing due to one component or the other always being off, I retreated to regroup. I looked at my dog. I told him, "Lucky, this will be the time." Then sure enough I hit it that try.
After that I used my quickened set to work on downtime paradons. I got 3 in a row strong side, but no dice flipside. I played with atomic too. Had like three good sets but was in awe for a split second too long to do anything out of them.

Thanks. the truth is that i've been kind of obsessing as of late. i can't wait to play with you again though.

I've been making progress on my fairy sets lately. Mainly strongside though. I have to change that. But anyway, so far I've only hit reverse magellan but there have been a number of sets good enough to do other stuff out of, I was just being slow and amazed I got a set that high. I was playing around in running shoes and with a Mr. in gym class and fairies seemed so much easier. Cause of lack of toe walls? Whatevs, I'll learn the right way.
I forgot to mention a couple days/posts(?) ago that I hit pixie ducking clipper a couple times now. So hopefully other stuff soon. Yeahhh
edit: Earlier I was also thinking about gyro toes. I had forgotten that I hit ducking gyro toe in the spring. I think I'm going to start trying to hit those again. It felt so cool hitting it

Today was crazy sweet. My brother and I went christmas shopping and we first went to the outlets that have lavers. While in there, I spy a pair of shoes that look like climas. I wasn't too sure at the moment, but I saw the top of the tounge where it has the "climacool" so I was hopeful. I pick them up and they were most definitely climas! I was sooo psyched cause they are my favorite footbag shoe to watch. I look at the size: 11...I needed 9.5. I look along the wall and see another pair. Size 12. My brother then comes and I tell him about my golden discovery. He then asks one of the adidas employees if they have the size in back. He comes back a few minutes later with them!! My brother wanted another thing to get me for christmas so he bought me the navy blue climas for $45

Alrighty, on sunday afternoon, I wanted to see how a toe set rev whirling rake looked. I was in socks, in a very very small space full of corners in my room. I had done things like this many times before. Anyway, I go to do it and I slammed my heel into a metal corner that had an over hang like thing so therefore it took out a huge chunk of skin of my heel. the piece of skin I found was so thick that it was squishy. Ew. It's not that bad being covered though. The only annoyance is putting on shoes. No matter how my heel feels, I am still going to play on Christmas!
Speaking of which, my girlfriend and I decided to exchange gifts today. In a previous post I said that I thought she was getting me the black leather lavers. I was wrong. Her parents got them for me She got me a really nice sweater and cologn. These lavers are sweet cause they seem to be the same weight but they're grippier I think than my mesh lavers were once upon a time. Alas, these babies will not become shred shoes for quite some time. They're too beautiful to cut up right now.
