I've had the best day in a while today. Nice!

Had a really good and long footbag session.
My back acted up at the end but I'm not really worried.
Hit a couple of 30+ contact strings! And some really cool themed runs.
Couple of new drills but no big highlights.

I stole this photo from a pin-up board in the staff room at my school.
I am sure I appreciate it more than they did.

Rest of the night:
Coffee > Homework > Art > ZZZ

I played footbag again today and worked out aswell. It felt good.

Highlights:
Pixie SS Clipper > Blink > Same Symp Rev Whirl > Run
Blur [bsos] maybe new. I think I gonna get into stepping again.
Far Symp Rev Whirl * 3
Knee Bump * 22

I'm going home to Ida in a minute. Wish me luck.

I'm playing so much footbag and working so much out at the moment. Awesome!

I saw the Justice DVD "A Cross The Universe" today. It's pretty dope.

Here is some footbag illustration work I did for Gregor Sipek.

It cost him 10 euros.
If anybody else want me to do some footbag related graphic (logo/flyer/t-shirt etc) I'm up for it and a cheap bastard.

One of my favorite artists (KAWS) did an alternate cover for the new Kanye West album.
So I checked out the album and I think it's pretty dope. Definitely pop though.

dude . . . wow. I never thought I'd ever see Nick Cave on this forum or hear anyone say his name at a jam. If anyone would though it'd definitely be you or Matt Cross (no offense to anyone else who knows of him).

Awesome song. Props on toe double pickup. I hit that the other day too for the first time. Hit some more weird stuff so I can have some things to write down and try during my sessions. You've always been one of the inspiring forces in my footbag game.

edit: have you heard Nick Cave's project, Grinderman? It's great how he can throw out stuff that's so obviously folk and so obviously early punk rock. He's a genius. Alright thasssall. Peace, bro.

Had a good session on friday and a shitty one today.
Started working on stepping again.

I'm gonna eat dinner with Ida tomorrow.
Looking forward to that but I'm also kinda anxious.

I'm really into Jim Jarmusch films at the moment.
So far I've watched "Ghost Dog", "Coffee and Cigerattes" and "Stranger Than Paradise" and I've liked them all.
They are definitely all worth the watch.
