Starting out
Starting out
I'm a begginner, and I'm just starting to be able to string some kicks together, my second day with a bag. I can't seem to do a stall or a kick on the outside of either foot. Tips?

Practice
Also practice on both sides evenly.
Try to be fairly specific on what you're working on as well and work on doing things well more than you work on just not dropping it. So if you're working on kicks, try to do all the same style of kick alternating sides - like left inside kick>right inside kick repeat. If you do bad kicks, don't try to save the bag and keep going - stop and start again working on doing things correctly. This is the best way of avoiding bad habits and good advice for training in all sports (ie. doing things right or try again, don't do things badly).
