Hi all.
40% off my training time i feel pain in both calves, even i'm not standing on heels + i use norm insoles (not spenko, but...)
Do you know good method to dispose of pain?
I've tried all those things and have stopped playing for a little. I just hit some butterflys and my right calve is causing some pain. It's just in my right side. Any tips on how to suppress the pain would really help me. I hope this doesn't keep me from playing to long.
A temporary fix is to sit in a relaxed position and firmly squeezing your calf in several places with your hand(s), then performing a gentle massage on it afterward. It could just be your body adapting to the stressing conditions that footbag has. But, I find that Ben's advice is the general thing to do to keep yourself in tip-top shape.
