Sweet, had another great shred day yesterday, played for about six hours throughout the entire day of footbag madness. I busted hardest at the saturday market for the crew, hitting the following:
Five Fearless, new personal record.
Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl > Blurriest > Tomahawk > PS Whirl
Matador + Sumo BSOS!
I also practiced my routine and I'm starting to get it really good in time for the Open. I won't make the mistake of not practicing like before, it really helps a lot! Finally, Shawni and I shredded at some rock slides on top of a flat rock, it was sweet. We only had like ten square feet to kick in of uneven rock, but we still managed to bust. Good day!
P.S. Shawnell hit double atw > dlo! First double dex combo, yay.

US OPEN
I must say, the US open was the best time ever, and conveniently was on my B-day. I wish the whole Eugene crew would have shown up and represented, but you guys missed out big time. We kicked and partied with some of the best footbagers of all time. Nothing but good times! I can't wait till the next event and to start competing.
Footbag is LIFE! The rest is just filler.
Hey, US Open was awesome I got second on sick three and fifth on routines. Yay. Next year I hope to improve and win some more metals. Someone took me aside to teach me whirl and their like "omg you are like...five tries away from hitting that move next time you kick you'll hit it." And I did...three times!!! I hated the motel, I loved the event. I had SO MUCH FUN and I can't wait to do it again. I met so many people and I'm gonna train so FREAKin' hard. ^_^ I love footbag...and pot....and beer.

In One Week!
I'm gonna be coming through eugene with my roommate, and I was wondering if someone could give us a floor for a night? We should be coming through on the 2nd.
I'm not positive that we'll be staying for the night, we might just head up to Portland after chillin for the day
Can someone maybe hook me up with a number to call when i have a few more details?
Can't wait to kick it with you guys, I should be in Oregon for a good while.

Eddie we had a session today under the Washington & Franklin st bridge and it was AWESOME! Guess what? It was a two man session, you know why?! NO picked up their phone and Alex wanted to watch a lame Oregon Duck game (slop win btw..but still a win) I hit ripwalk back to back super easy so WATCH OUT, I'm coming for you guys! Also, swirl is becoming a really easy move and I see ripstein in my future. It's suprising that I hit ripwalk back to back before drifter back to back, although I can do drifters both sides now bsos. I want to learn the basics but I'm becoming fustrated because it seems like they are coming in so slow. I want to hit big moves now and progress faster but some concepts (whirl for example, took almost my whole first YEAR to learn but are becoming solid, and for whatever reason pixies are retarded for me but fairies are easy, like DATW fairy style) are just coming in slowly for me. December is rolling around and on the 25th will be my one year mark as a footbagger. I'm sort of dissipointed because I thought I would have been a better player by now. However, in my second year...I vow to DOMINATE. My goal is to WIN and be a STRONG player, not just a shredita. Tina can do it, she's very gifted, and so can others!! I have HOPE!!!! I will not allow my first two compititions this year (pathetic because I knew NOTHING) become a trend.
The Seattle Jam was canceled so Aaron is going to bring up the idea to Red if we can have a make up Jam here in Eugene! I hope all works out and I really hope that everyone becomes excited about it and shows up.

There WILL be a Thanksgiving session down in Southern Oregon. Aaron is trying to change the date that he comes down, he might come down on Saturday. If he can't then he won't be kicking. I, however, will be open to kick every single freaking day I'm in Ashland. I will be calling you Cale so be ready. Also, Aaron and I are staying friends so don't think it's going to be weird around us. I don't care what happens anymore as long as I am still able to kick freestyle.
