This is all true.

I remember being stoked about my new icy white and green Lavers. I couldn't wait to mod and shred in them.

I picked up a razor blade to Brokka mod the shoe and because I rushed...I modded the outside of the shoe instead of the inside. :oops:

...lesson learned.

got my lavers in : ) fit good. wearing them all week to break them in a little before i mod them up. real excited : )

Just follow the shoe modding tutorials VERY CAREFULLY and you'll have nothing to worry about. When I got my first pair of lavers, it took me two hours to mod them, just because I took every precaution to not tear the material. Do the same and you'll be fine. :)

One more thing for those who haven't bought any shoes yet. GET LAVERS FIRST. G's can make your style very sloppy, and Quantums don't last very long. Both are good later, once you get into playing a bit more, but for now, Lavers are what you need.
